fantastic service however i never received an email stating i was insured after paying the deposit so i haven t been able to go anywhere which is annoying

Had an interesting experience with think insurance and hydepark telematics company both very quick to try and destroy a young lads chance of driving I got involved when my son decided to buy a vw golf that had been modified by previous owner i e different bumpers and wheels it was only with the help of Darcy Grainger at think that we managed to sort the problems cannot thank her enough and my son has now been banned from buying anymore cars without me Regards Jim Smith

Decent Young Drivers Insurance

Relatively affordable black box car insurance for young drivers with lenient black box requirements no curfew online dash to track driving etc and lovely customer service staff Had a bit of trouble with the communication with customer services after I d paid and trouble logging into my dash but seems to be sorted now

Courtney was very responsive

Experience with the team was good Courtney was very responsive I do have an issue with the fact that as a returning customer I had to get an alternative quote before the premium and the excesses were reduced

Over complicated insurance renewal

Liked the service from the agent but she was not empowered to make any decisions leading to delays Disliked the large amount of standard text that the agent had to go through Much more than other companies that I got quotes from Disliked that clarification of my employment type caused an excessive delay to completing the insurance despite this not affecting the policy on this vehicle Disliked waiting while the agent had to deal with other enquiries I was waiting at the behest of Think Insurance for hours as a result
