Communication is a low priority
My experience was very poor with Threadfellows I ordered two jackets on April 14 with them finally arriving at my door June 5 I had a great customer service experience for the original two Patagonia jackets I ordered but branding limitations through Patagonia forced me to swap jackets to Northface instead All went fine there except for the email that never got to me about Patagonia denying my proofs I had to follow up with them then everything went downhill with communication No updated proofs were ever sent for the new order after following up twice on my own The first outreach I was told Looks like our team has been working so intensely to get the new product here and ready for production that the proofs haven t gone out Sorry about that I ve reached out to the art team to see if we can get those sent out asap for you No follow up was ever made or proofs were ever sent even though intense work was being made After following up again asking for a refund I was told that the proofs had been confirmed I never did that and that my jackets were already in production so I couldn t get a refund They did expedite my shipping but for an order that was highlighted on their website taking 15-18 business days from order to delivery this is a classic case of overpromise underdeliver Terrible experience and to top if off the embroidered logos were bad quality Never using or suggesting this company again

Don t waste your time or money
Don t waste your time or money I spent 660 on 4 Carhartt items customized with my company logo and they misplaced the logo sizing was wrong and now I m stuck in its 660 of garbage

Item Never Received and Had to Dispute It
Ordered for a fundraiser for a wonderful organization Over a month later and I never received my order Contacted customer service who blamed the organization for the slow service Several emails later and pushed ship dates later they stopped responding altogether I had to file a dispute with my card company for the merchandise not received and get my refund This company and their customer service is horrible

Too many fails for one company
Seems like they have a lot of potential but I ordered 6 bags from them on Oct 27 and I still don t have them three months later My company s holiday promotion that I ordered them for has long since come and gone And this is even after they made me choose a different color because the one I paid for was unavailable I ve asked for refunds twice now as I no longer need these but I m told that s not according to policy In a different order they messed up my logo by using completely wrong colors and their offers to fix it included that I could keep it for 50 or mail it back for free to get patches sewn overtop Yikes

Buyer Beware
I ordered product from this company and was lucky to get a refund The reviews ring true They are rude condescending in response via customer service and I m not exactly sure how they will continue to stay in business If you re reading this review- I would suggest to take a moment and find another company There are plenty of others out there that offer the same brand options and a much better quality product and customer service experience

Still no news on the christmas presents we ordered on Nov 15th Proof was completed and reviewed Office is closed Got a cryptic message saying shipping was expedited but no tracking number has been provided and the order still says Unfulfilled on website as of 12 24 23 Will tell everyone I know

The worst online apparel experience
The worst online apparel experience of my career Avoid this business at all costs after taking payments on a basic embroidery job and delivering proofs that were the direct opposite I explained what I required They then condescendingly explained why it wouldn t work over multiple calls and emails for two months When I exasperatedly shared frustrations and asked for a refund they charged me a 20 restocking fee for running proofs that were the opposite of my order Avoid deeply unprofessional
