I have had 1 flight booking and 2 train bookings with the Company you know how the life goes sometime you change something sometimes you don t know some things abou your trip and that s when the guys from the Agency came to help I wrote emails chatted with them even in the middle of the night created change requests for my flight surprisingly the answer was always on time and I ve got comprehensive details as well When I ll travel to Europe again I already have good travel mate to ask for a quality service My experience shows only good things about Tickets lv

This company is a scam I have had Booked my ticket on tickets lv but this company is operating under other names in different countries like kissandfly com tickets ua kissandfly de and many more My flight got cancelled in 2019 and I still didnt get the money back almost 2 years First when I found out that my ticket got cancelled they told me that they cant give me money back and they can give only me a voucher After a few months I tried to change the voucher for the new ticket - I have called them and the manager said we cant change your voucher via telephone call you have to do it through login on their site I tried to do it and it didnt Work As it was written on their site they have a hotline 24 7 - and its a Lie I have tried to reach them but they dont Work on weekends and you cant always reach them even on a working day In the end And its Already one year since they promise me that they send me my money back but they dont Stay away from this company

When you buy tickets on tickets lv website at last step when you select card type they will add 18 to final amount And final price become higher than if you buy directly on airline s company website Be aware
