Really poor service

Really poor service Tried to set up a cleaner to assist after having a baby and was excited to get this help The first cleaner allocated contacted me the day before she was due to say she had covid and couldn t attend It was rescheduled but we then got a call to say she couldn t do it due to cat allergies which wasn t made clear from the outset We then didn t get contact from the 2nd cleaner and tried to cancel the contract Due to terms and conditions we were charged 50 for services in getting us a cleaner 71 has already been taken from us in advance though for admin despite no services ever being provided Would not recommend

Unable or Unwilling to Cancel Services

I ll split into 2 parts The actual cleaning 2nd cleaner was fine With regards cancelling their services and getting a refund either unable or unwilling to do either Payment is made on a quarterly basis I cancelled the service back in May prior to the next payment Surprise surprise the payment went out Was told a refund would be processed A month later in June still no refund Had to contact the bank to request a refund which they processed immediately Notice the inaction by Caroline Come August this year the payment comes out again Contact Caroline yesterday 7th Aug and still no reply More time and effort contacting my bank In short Caroline is either unwilling or unable to process refunds OR cancel recurring payments Untrustworthy or incompetent Either way I d give them a wide berth

Unless you can afford lots of damage

I wouldn t touch this company from previous experience I had a flooded house due to recommended cleaner who unscrewed my shower with her thorough cleaning and didn t reconnect the pipe Why unscrew the shower plug anyway We have never had a cleaner before and this experience has cost us thousands of pounds The manager who recommended the cleaner at Time for You offered no assistance or compensation Total shambles It certainly didn t make time for us A company to avoid at ALL costs Didn t deserve one star but had no option

Really disappointed in this service

Really disappointed in this service which is meant to find fully vetted and trained cleaners You pay a weekly fee whether a cleaner attends or not and you have to dealwith both the cleaner and the company if any issues Contract is set out to maximise money fromyou and avoid accountability if any issues not worth the money

Bad company

Bad companywas expecting great cleaners after paying so much more and yet the organization is terrible they just send cleaners who don t clean very well and don t understand English and they close at weekends when the cleaners often cancel terrible avoid then i complained and i was told i was threatening omg just you are terrible at the job and claim more funds to do it we have never had a firm as bad as you and you and the company lie

AVOID AVOID AVOIDSharing our experiences using the Time for You Cleaning franchise in Winsford Their website displays reviews but you re unable to add one which is highly suspicious requested this info from account manager and head office multiple times who would not answer The inexperienced cleaner used a bathroom cleaner on our stainless steel backsplash and hob causing the damage shown The company refused to engage with us for over a month regarding this issue Conveniently weeks later they are now claiming the marks were there already in a house that was brand new this year and also the damage wouldn t be covered by the insurance Please avoid this company such unnecessary stress

I wouldn t recommend

I signed up for an initial three month contract in Bristol and a cleaner was sourced for my family with glowing credentials apparently The cleaner did not turn up twice once with car trouble of course forgivable these things happen - but she gave me 5 mins notice and once because she said she couldn t find my house - she didn t call me for help just went home After three weeks of waiting for a cleaning my service I eventually cancelled the contract and was charged 25 admin fee Overall I was not impressed with the service and the business model did not work for my family s needs in this instance

This company is anything but a service

This company is anything but a service that saves time or for the benefit of th client They do not care how their cleaners enter and work within a home The experience I have has caused my mental health to plummet and it was already in a poor state hence the need for the help in cleaning my home in the first place This is not worth the money for a placement service that does not care to support the client but only take the money

Not worth at all

Not worth at all Cleaner did wet mopping and floor have water marks in everywhere hoover and dusting also not done properly Huge amount of money they change its not worth it at all Bathrooms also have no difference before and after cleaning

Very disappointed

Kristina visited me in my new home to discuss my cleaning requirements I was very happy that she stated they were able to fulfill all my requirements quickly It was just a basic clean after all I have had help with cleaning for many years My last cleaner being with me for 10 years Ultimately they were unable to arrange the start in the time discussed the hours discussed or the level of experience discussed It was a complete waste of my time and effort I still haven t received a refund for services NOT supplied
