Bath franchise very poor

Bath franchise very poor 3 cleaners in 1 year All of very poor quality and unreliable No other cleaner supplied when usual cleaner could not attend Previously used Sheffield franchise who were very good

Not a great experience

Not a great experience To be fair I should have complained a lot sooner Cleaners were regularly late and left when they wanted rather than working the full time paid for The work was not of great quality and not up to the standard we had from our previous cleaners This despite us asking them to clean a smaller part of the house to the previous team Had a greed to discuss the situation with regards replacement cleaners but no discussion they just assigned a new cleaner without any discussion When I also complained about this I was basically told sorry but get lostVery poor and I could not recommend at all and am now going to the opposition

Northern Ireland service poor

Northern Ireland customer service is poor I cancelled as the cleaners do not provide their own products or equipment and were otherwise too expensive Representative was rude and aggressive in her manner and I got charged a 50 admin fee as I decided to cancel Lucky escape Waste of time why not place an ad on Gumtree and meet with people yourself Or ask family and friends Far less hassle and more trust worthy without an organisation taking their cut and the poor cleaner on minimum wage

Very unimpressed with the west London branch

I do not rate this company at all We had a cleaner for years through the west London branch We paid for two hours every week but were lucky if we got 1 hour I eventually found another company which has been great and ended my contract with Time For You I had paid the agency fee upfront so I was due a refund and I ve still never had it despite it being almost a year now I have contacted them so many times about the refund and I ve never received a reply yet they were quick to reply to my initial email cancelling the service I would not recommend the west London branch to anyone

Time for You - WORTHING Had the franchise owner round to give me a quote Went ahead with the paperwork when she was at my home After looking online and seeing negative reviews for the company I changed my mind and emailed asking to cancel They have now billed me for and administration fee Despite doing nothing other than coming to give a quote I get the impression that as soon as this agency have taken their fee they couldn t care less about the service you receive

We used a timeforyou franchise in North London and it has been nothing but hassle 4 cleaners in 3 months only one who spoke English had to coordinate directly with the cleaner to arrange times and holiday cover even though the agency is taking a massive cut Cleaners do odd things like throwing out my flowers without asking putting dirty pans in the cooker and dirty cloths piled up in cupboards or on the kitchen surface

Offered a cleaner at very short

Offered a cleaner at very short notice thank you Unfortunately took the cleaner over an hour booked for2hour clean for 3 bed dormer bungalow to clean an average size double bedroom and small en suite A person from the company had come to the property 48 hours earlier to identify my needs and gave no indication that what I wanted could not be done in the time So very disappointed Have been offered different cleaner for next time so will be optimistic

Very unreliable cleaning service

Very unreliable cleaning service - in 9 weeks 2 cleaners started then decided they couldn t do the agreed cleaning day and 1 was awful and clearly had not cleaned properly Decided it was more of a headache than doing the cleaning myself
