Belfast Area The good thing is the recruiter franchise for this area did manage to find cleaners However only with the first one we had a chance to have meet and greet before starting This person cancelled without notice and the next 2 cleaners were assigned came in and TimeForYOu expected them to start straight away Both cleaners did not meet specific requirements But we went along with it as we needed the place maintained Both cleaners cancelled without prior notice All personal reasons not because of us or the place I have to add Just didn t show up So now we have found a cleaner ourselves Till my astonishment and surprise I receive an email from the recruiting person Franchise that I was in breach of the contract because I didn t give a month notice Unbelievable And be aware that the contract is a One Way Contract If you have to cancel one day or go on holiday you pay the same amount Because it is a subscription Like a gym subscription the Franchise here in Belfast told me However If I pay the gym I can go as much as I want without paying extra In this case if I ask the cleaner to come in for an extra day I would have to pay extra to TimeForYOU All the sudden it is not a subscription like a gym membership anymore Yes if you don t have the time to source a cleaner yourself this could be a good option But make sure you understand what you are getting yourself into Its not a cleaning service It s a recruiting agent

Update since posting I was contacted since this post and issued my refund The first clean we received from the Tunbridge Wells branch was great but unfortunately the cleaner cancelled our subsequent cleans due to personal issues This can t be helped and the review isn t related to the cleaners but to the poor communication once I asked to terminate my account I initially agreed to try a different cleaner but after we heard nothing for two weeks I requested a refund and to close my account We have not not heard back on the refund for over two weeks The last communication we received was 15 December I requested a refund on January 3 and we have heard nothing since I understand it may take a while to process but not responding to confirm receipt of the request and letting us know when the payment will be processed is really frustrating

Can t comment on the service as was never able to engage Got email for callback in SE3 saying would ring and did not When rung number to chase a few weeks later it didn t exist 020 8088 2004 Website contains no way of getting in touch Shame as reviews were good
