None of my equipment works have tried to cancel multiple times won t send anyone to fix it unless you pay a fee Terrible company More like a scam than security

I wish i could give 0 stars It was all fine until I had to call customer service My significant other is no longer with me as of October 31 2019 and as the second on his account I informed Titanium in early November They informed me that the account would closed and sorry for my loss Every 90 days someone from Titanium calls me and tells me how no one is paying on the bill THEY MAKE ME RELIVE HIS VIOLENT DEATH EVER 90 DAYS AND THEY KNOW THAT HE S PASSED CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS WERE RUDE DISRESPECTFUL AND ARGUMENTATIVE I had to call 5 times and talk to 5 different people 1 of which was a manager who screamed at me amongst other things I was lied on and the lie was noted in my account I have never been treated so horribly by a company and I m paying to be treated this way

I regret everyday that I went with Titianium Truly they are a big ripoff First took out 2 payment in same month Double payment Finally got money back into my account 69 plus tax what I m supposed to be paying Now 2 days ago bill jumped up to 83 No warning Nothing I got the alarm system Aug 2020 I m canceling this service in the new year I don t care if they turn me over to collections I m sick of dealing with them every other month for nonsense

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I do not know how this company is still in business I never received my two CCTV cameras I met them at my home 8 times they never called to cancel and never showed up I received my doorbell camera after 2 months it worked for 2 months and they never sent anyone out to fix or replace it They auto deducted payments for 7 months when I finally discontinued they re ability to take funds they tried to work with me but demanded money before they would schedule I reported them to the BBB they flat out lied to BBB and did not even make those commitments Now they call me and harass me every other day threatening to send me to collections but to date they have not provided service If you try to cancel they will demand full payment even though they do not provide products Do yourself a favor and do not sign a contract with Titanium
