I ordered a product from Tadhg online which was promptly delivered however it turned out to be incorrectly listed and not the item I had purchased I rang them up and they could not have been better on the phone and arranged for the item to be collected and I was then refunded with the minimum of fuss These things happen and it was no big deal but it gives you a insight with how good a company is when they have to deal with situations like these when they arise So for that reason although things didn t work out this time I would have no hesitation in dealing with them again
