My experience was great because we had an issue with the delivery but the guys could help me and afterwards I could receive my product

Very helpful We had to finish our order by phone after not completing on line They couldn t have been more polite and helpful Our order was delivered on time

Unfortunately the product I ordered was out of stock But I received an email to apologise and a full refund the next day So the rating I am giving is for excellent customer service

good delivery timingwould be really great if the stock is updated for positions to match search

I ran into issues while making my purchase on line I contacted the the office and had my problem sorted in no time by a very helpful gentleman I picked up my purchase in rathkeale and again the staff were excellent

Our family Christmas Santa experience at Tadhg O Conner s formerly Vokes in Adare was top class Santa was unbelievably good and we had plenty of time to chat with him and his Elves who were so kind and helpful We were greeted by Michael on arrival who definitely set the warm and friendly tone for a very memorable and joyful visit We had plenty of photos taken of our family by the Elves so we had plenty choice for that perfect family Christmas photo We had another photo opportunity with Santa s Sleigh and even had time to enjoy complimentary mulled wine hot chocolate and lovely homemade cookies It was nice to browse around the shop while waiting for our photos and I even picked up a few bargains along the way We thoroughly enjoyed the Santa Experience and would highly recommend it I hope it runs again in 2024 Thanks to Michael and Trevor all of Santa s Elves and most especially Santa for his time and his beautifully selected toy for our child

Friendly n helpful staff good selection of products Paints section very good and Trevor so helpful and excellent at his job very knowledgeable and helpful and a very pleasant guy

I ordered a chair for my garden When I opened the packaging there were some nuts and bolts missing O Connor s responded immediately and organized a replacement to be sent I received excellent customer service O Connor s are a great local company to deal with
