Purchased an item on website I had to ring up to find out the status only to me told we don t have it Bad customer service

Will take your money for product You have to chase the order down to be told its out of stock and you either have to downsize or upsize at an extra cost Extremely poorly run company

So disappointed out of stock

Why are things on the website that are not in stock So disappointing I placed my order and paid just to get am email saying out of stock and my money to be returned

Website is misleading and poor communication

Website is misleading it says you will have the item within 1-2 working days I rang the store on a Saturday 1 week after order was placed for an update on my order Was told no one can help as it was an online order Sent an email on Saturday after the phone call and no reply

Website said items were in stock and they weren t Phoned several times and found web sales team very poor and slow to contact Cancelled the order last week and still no refund rang again this morning and the order had not been cancelled Very poor service

The Nightmare Before Christmas

What a shambles Ordered a Christmas tree- payment went through instantly and that was the end of my positive experiences with TOC No follow up so I called oh yes everything was fine and delivery would be 2 days later No sign Called again different story Not in stock but IDENTICAL replacement was being sent that day No sign Called again Item eventually tracked and delivered certainly not an identical item obviously as it was cheaper and not anything I would put up Called again No worries it could be returned Days later still waiting for it to be collected and my money refunded NOT ONCE has anyone reached out to me- I spend my days chasing them Never again

stock adverstised paid for it then told me extra cost to post 55 euro agreed to that then emial to say they canceled the order due to all there stock being damaged just did not want the hassel of posting one item

When will I receive me order

I placed my order 10 days ago and have been fully charged for the item yet I have not received any delivery information or any information on when it will be sent I contacted the company on Facebook and was told that my inquiry would be passed on to the web team I m still waiting for a response I would just like to know when my order will be sent

Order Failed to Arrive Refund never Materialised

Ordered a pot of garden paint and it failed to arrive Rang to enquire and was assured it would be sent out Still did not arrive I rang again cancelled order and requested refund I was assured the refund would be issued immediately That was mid May and now June 9th - still no refund Will be phoning again tomorrow to see what is going on
