Parcel tracking says delivered with a picture of a random house not mine Emailed customer service twice with no reply - I ve checked my email and I ve had no reply UPDATE I ve not had a reply from you I had sent another message via you messaging service

Lost Parcel

Lost Parcel Wouldn t recommend to anyone They left my parcel with a neighbour apparently and now they are attempting to wash their hands of the issue Apparently leaving parcel with people you haven t specified or that you even know is ok Probably going to have to go to my credit card company to ask for a charge back Wish I d just used Amazon instead and these businesses wonder why less and less people frequent them

Item never delivered

Ordered a saw from this company the courier they used never delivered it as it had been damaged in transit Asked for a refund and been told it will not be issued until the saw is back with them which will take 3 days and my refund could take another 7 to process Unacceptable customer service and I would never use again

After ordering a body warmer size L I found that it was a very small size and would not fit me by at least two sizes I was then unable to find any were to complain or to arrange a return

Not what I ordered but they say otherwise

I ordered a Dewalt DS300 box Now superceeded by the 2 0 version This comes as stated on the Dewalt website with an inner tray which I particularly wanted What I got was some left over box from the Dewalt DCK664P3 Set Even has some of the foam for the tools left in It is the same box technically BUT NOT got a tray as per the DS300 ToolStore say none of their DS300 boxes in stock have a tray in them Is that because they are NOT DS300 but other boxes I have picture as proof but unfortunately cant attach Pay cheap get cheap

Made an order on Friday last week for a Saturday delivery Office closed during weekend poor service opening times Today is Monday delivery still in progress Contacted support they confirming twice that i have choose wrong delivery slot by attaching a screenshot Refused to refund 8 95 Will avoid them as Dewalt Nail Gun required for specific date to be work on Sunday
