The Makita jigsaw arrived promptly but is just in a normal brown box it has no carry case or other branded packaging I m giving it as a gift so this is quite disappointing

I would say good not average but 4 stars saying great was too much The purchase itself was easy and the price was very good compared to other online retailers but there was no interest after that from customer care point of view I received a message that my item had been delivered and signed for by me whilst it was thrown into a rubbish bin outside my house with me being at home I contacted the company to highlight this and heard nothing back So it is not a good customer care I rush to mention I bought a drill not a cheap one I would expect my order would be respected

Seems a good company transaction was fine they were however let down by dpd it was delivered by dpd a day late even though dpd had it tracked to the local distribution depot at 7 45 am

The delivery was not NBD and I was in the time when ordering also the package was delivered to the wrong house 60 instead of 80 luckily I recognised where it was delivered and managed to collect my package

Some confusion as to what appeared on the web site as to what you would actually receive ok it was sorted out via email Worse was the delivery by DPD who just chucked it in the gate - couldn t be bothered to walk to the front door Just luck l spotted it before someone else Emailed Toolstore about this they couldn t be bothered to respond Toolstore have responded via Trustpilot - they say they cannot find my email which was not responded to TRY LOOKING ON 24 06 2020 at 12 49 - here is what I put on that email - Hi absolutely disgusted that the parcel was dumped just inside the gate on the lawn The driver made no attempt to walk the extra twenty yards to the front door to either knock or ring the bell Damn good job it was a very low value parcel and l happened to spot it when l went to retrieve the waste wheelie bin Never EVER going to use your delivery service well that s the wrong word jeezzzzz it could have been hundreds of pounds worth of tools Suggest you start using a REPUTABLE delivery service not the crap that amongst others DPD provides Try Royal Mail or Parcelforce regards well brassed off customer Get Outlook for Android

Great service and delivery but price was pushed up 110 more than pre lockdown price things are tight enough without inflating prices

Merchant supplied goods showing wear and tear I ordered two Makita electrical items When they arrived it was apparent that one dual charger showed obvious signs of wear and tear no packaging or manuals documentation etc I reported this to the merchant ToolStore UK a week ago and requested a replacement I received a reply today after chasing by email and the merchant stated that they did not receive my original returns request even though it was submitted using the returns form on their website I have been offered a replacement item

Great service but cost of postal delivery very high for size of item

Ordered an item online the only place I could find a particular item in stock I was so happy To be called a few days later to say it wasn t instock until after Christmas Refund was prompt and customer service was good Just a shame I wasn t able to get my order
