Had no problem ordering or purchasing my product Then I had a text from delivery company with options so I chose leave in a safe place my shed not difficult But guess what he leaves it by my front gate in full veiw of the road Not to smart

Triple check details

All the items I ordered were really good quality well pack and I did not need to send any items back The only slight problem was the fact that my complete order arrived one day late and this was due to the carrier not collecting the items for dispatch That said I would like to commend ToolStore for keeping its customers aware of the delivery problem Most other companies would have just let things take their course without informing and apologising for the delay I would definitely recommend ToolStore and I will be using them again in the future DJF

I bought a garden hose as a surprise for my husband I thought I had purchased a 60m hoselock with cart What I actually purchased was a 60m CART with a 30m hose Super disappointed but I guess it s my fault for not triple checking what the abbreviations meant On the plus side it was nicely packaged and arrived on time so thanks for that

Great service

Brilliant trimmer they only issue I had was the cover for the blade it was very flimsy and tore when trying to take it of would have been better with a hard plastic cover
