Terrible The courier service they use were awful and when I complained there has been no refund for this l only please prove to me that your experience has been bad Should have been an immediate refund of overpriced courier fee automatically

good price but once again IV31 postcode has been ripped off by your couriers if you are delivering to the north of scotland please use royal mail until you do i will not order from you again local firms prices might be a bit higher but with free delivery amounts to the same price

Sadly they use DPD who are extremely poor When delivery issues are encountered Toolstore customer service department are not prepared to help Frustrating Still not received my goods I can t make it any clearer to DPD and Toolstore are not inclined to help I ll try elsewhere
