the worst VPN I ve ever seen almost no support for P2P tunneling is non existent your true DNS is almost always leaking most websites and services block TorGuard s VPN and without split tunneling your only choice is to disable it waste of money

Unusable piece of crap and scam

Unusable piece of crap The pricing page sucks and almost forces you into buying the same product multiple times because of a bug in the UI Everything is broken and unusable I bought the Pro package which says I can get a FREE Dedicated IP and I never got it Clearly torguard is a scam What a bunch of a holes Desktop client spams you with notifications every 5 minutes when you re disconnected from the VPN Absolute atrocious nonsense Also all the 4-5 stars reviews are fake

TorGuard is very shady VPN service

TorGuard is very shady VPN service They have not paid out their affiliates for months even after I have requested a payout the last 4 months No communication from them as to why yet they continue to make referral money off me

No support for setting up private VPN

The instructions and tools on the website establish a VPN network but there is no tutorial on how to set up routing tables so that devices on separate subnets can find each other I had to completely ignore the setup instructions to setup a network where I could remote desktop into a device on another subnet I could not access anything else behind the router on that subnet There is no tutorial at all

Repayment of subscription

I was not getting back the services I paid for and I mail the support which could not help out I will appreciate if my resents subscription can be reverse because I am not using TorGuard again and it not offering me the service

I decided not to do a charge back last time I removed my card information - that I never approved for automatic billing at any point - so we can let out relationship lapse I have no complaints about the service but you would have more trust from your clientele if you didn t retain credit card information and auto-renew without permission You legitimately ruined me as a fan for your business

You are threatening your cliens alot

You are bothering your cliens so much that make them regret that they ever subscrubed to your services You are sending people emails at the middle of their already subscribed month about a bill that is due for pay for the next month which you have no idea wether they will still be using your services in the first place So you re stating that a bill is due for pay where in reality there s nothin due for pay Then near the end of the already subscribed month you are also sending 2-3 emails which are gently reminder sounds like threat about the same bill which is due for pay which in reality is not Finally all these confusions made me forget about how good your VPN services are I don t even remember All I know is I will NEVER use your services again

Go elsewhere

I prepaid in annual payments to avoid dealing with payments and hassle This place is the opposite of hassle free Always sending emails about payment due etc so I d have to contact them and remind them I am paid and some If I didn t contact them they d turn off service Foolishly I put up with this for years Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere I m with NordVPN now and getting what I wanted hassle free service
