I bought this program many years ago

I bought this program many years ago and it would work on my MacBook Pro but I wanted it to work on my desktop and for some reason the installation instructions you have given me I ve never worked on that MacBook desktop Maybe you can email me instructions so I can try again I just gave up Thanks

I have been using Torguard for years but

I have been using Torguard for years Recently a update caused the program to be not compatible with Utorrent I followed the steps posted to fix but it still doesn t work I opened a ticket over a month ago and still haven t received a response I would not purcahse Torguard again

My iphone xr7 internet stops twice a day I have to stop the vpn and start it again This does not happen on our Five other devices Could this be a Apple thing Locations doesnt make any differences Thank you

No split tunneling after years of waiting

I ve been a long time Torguard user and it s been unacceptable to not support split tunneling when every other provider does It s been pending for years that split tunneling is coming to the windows client This is the main reason why I cancel my service VPN is useless without being able to access my PC remotely on my local network

The Torguard app works well for some

The Torguard app works well for some devices and not others Please fix the countless connection issues with the app for FireTVs available through the Amazon app store and update it The currently available version has not been updated in a long time The previous version worked much better After years users still have no way to identify which servers are bogged down and which ones aren t I have to connect run a speed test disconnect try another server run a speed test disconnect try another server run a speed test etc etc etc Express VPN has had this feature for many many years now

Definitely not worth it

Definitely not worth it Very very slow if you want me to be honest I had to trade over after over 4 years usage cause the speed wouldn t even keep my TV going anymore I went from using Torguard with a max speed of around 20mbps on a GREAT day to another Surfshark for half the cost getting 120mbps on a bad day I pay for a 300mbps Xfinity plan It worked much better years back and I simply didn t want to leave out after all the years I was with Torguard It finally left me no choice when my TV kept skipping 24 7 I wish I did it a very long time ago

couldnt connect with most of Internet providers in Iran very low speed compared to others

subpar vpn

Speeds were in consistent customer service is very subpar over the last 5 years I used this crap Don t get my started on the torguard browser extension outdated no updates since about 2 years ago
