Lovely slippers but falling apart after 3 months

I love Isotoners ballet pumps and have enjoyed several pairs which have lasted a good time I bought a pair of black popcorn finish in October last year Sadly after 3 months the fabric is coming away from the soles They are not cheap and I had hoped that they would last more than 3 months I am about to order a new pair and will go back to the velour pumps if I can find a pair I do hope this was a one-off and that the standard isn t slipping They are the most comfortable slippers ever

Bought sheep looking boot slippers for toddler Due to the construction of the sole not being solid within days they have collapsed at the back above the heel and are no longer fit for purpose

I have bought these for many years Unfortunately they do not seam to be the same anymore The sizes appear to be rather smaller And no my feet are not growing bigger Having chosen a different model from last time it would appear that sizes vary from model to model In future I will stick to same as previous styles that fit

They re lovely boots but ridiculously sized

They re lovely boots but far too small I know they say to size up but I did and the leg is still too narrow to wear any trousers under or most socks Useless if you were hoping to wear them during autumn or winter

Really disappointing and very expensive

Really disappointing and very expensive for what they are I was expecting a much thicker and supportive insole but it s very thin and I had to put foam insoles in myself They also came up a bit small Don t waste your money

The driving moccasin used to be my go

The driving moccasin used to be my go to slippers but the quality of stitching means they only last a few months before the sole comes away from the main body of the slipper I had a similar problem with the last pair and this was rectified by Totes with a replacement pair but light household use shouldn t cause the stitching to come apart like this

Mini flat umbrella didn t weather the rain

I bought a mini flat Totes umbrella which although I had purchased it over a year ago had only used it occasionally maybe 10 times as it was just for my handbag at weekend rather than a day to day one It blew inside out in windy weather only a couple of times then broke I thought because I had paid over 20 compared to buying a cheap 3 99 one it would have withstood a bit more wear and tear than that I even contacted the customer care to see if they could repair it and just got - we do not carry out repairs on our products as we do not have facilities to do so I am sorry we are unable to assist you further with your enquiry I m really disappointed with both the quality and the aftercare service

27 9 2024 I am having trouble returning goods through Royal Mail free of charge I have no computer and use my iPhone for this Your site is not user friendly and should be improved for those who are in my position

I have returned two pairs of bootie

I have returned two pairs of bootie slipers The sizing is all wrong 3-4 too small 5-6 too big But worse the insole curls up and rubs against the side of the feet At least the return process was speedy and hassle free I won t be buying any further footwear from Totes

Purchased due to cheaper slippers not

Purchased due to cheaper slippers not lasting very long but these have lost their shape very quickly and fall off my feet which is a shame considering the price as I can no longer wear them due to poor fit Washed at 30 degrees to see if that would help but they remained loose fitting so unable to wear them with very little use
