The sizes of slippers are inconsistent

The sizes of slippers are inconsistent Previously purchased size 5 6 which correspond to my shoe size which was a good fit Recently ordered the same size which were much too small re ordered a size 7 8 a good fit No problem returning the items and person in Qualty Control were very helpful and the replacement received promptly

The contact number you supplied was invalid usless like the slippers this was the invalid number you asked me to contact 01277 638 834

I wasnt happy with my slippers especially one of the slippers right one if I hadnt cut the tag off I would have returned them as the right slipper was bigger and also no support floppy sides I want be buying Totes Isotoners agin Not good value

Yes my Daughter likes them and staff done an excellent job of sorting this order out as there was a problem with my PayPal payment but they answered all my enquiries quickly and efficiently both by phone and email Happy with service Daughter likes the boots However other boot slippers ordered were badly made So I can t give a really good review as one purchase went well the other didn t and I m still waiting on my refund

With a high instep too tight

I have a high instep they are too tight across the top Very thick seams An elastic or tie closure would be much better Ive had to cut the seams Tabs on the back to pull them up would be helpfulOtherwise comfortable

NICE GLOVES BUT POORLY FINISHED OFF

The ordering and the delivery of the items was very good and the gloves arrived safely and in strong packaging HOWEVER ON TRYING THE GLOVES ON WHEN OPENED ON CHRISTMAS DAY ONE OF THE GLOVES WAS POORLY FINISHED OFF WITH MANY LOOSE STRANDS ON THE GLOVE WHICH SUGGESTS POOR FINISHING NOT WORTH RETURNING AS MY WIFE WILL USE HER SEWING SKILLS TO FINISH OFF AS IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN PRIOR TO PACKAGING DISSAPPOINTED

Cute totes

These are cute and look well made however they are a xmas present and thought they would have been better presented maybe in a box perhaps because they are childrens you do not put them in boxes like the adult ones but instead were in a clear plastic bag a little disappointing but my nephew will love them

Love my totes Jersey ballet Slippers have bought several pairs over the years but am very disappointed that you are discontinuing them at least in the grey which I always prefer After having been told this I bought a black pair which though not my favoured colour are nevertheless very comfortable and I bought some Popcorn grey but though the same size 3 4 they are too tight have little or no give Sadly I won t buy them again Feel a bit gutted as I thought Totes were my go to for Slippers Don t the jersey ones sell well

Disappointing slippers

Pleased with slippers but a bit on the big size Not bothered as I have just put an in other insole in and it s fine now 30 Dec have now worn these every day since I bought them they have stretched even more and the memory foam is not effective I ve had quite a few pairs of slippers over the years from you and have ever had the memory foam flatten like this Very disappointed and definitely not worth the money Will not be buying again

No size guide on website so called customer services who advised their gloves are standard uk sizes Ended up going on to a competitors website to check the palm measurements Ordered a medium based on standard UK palm measurement - they are a snug fit possibly could have done with a large but really can t be bothered to send them back hopefully they will give a bit with wear

Mixed feelings great product if you predict sizing right

Mixed feelings One really great pair one pair nominally the same size but a full 1CM shorter Apparently according to their impressively speedy but perhaps a bit snooty customer service response this is within their tolerance margin but unfortunately it is not within mine Was issued a full refund and advised to reorder but a bit of a hassle and something to be aware of
