Excellent product for hybrid EV timer charging

The product is great - very high quality and easy to use Tough Leads was recommended to me by my electrician- I wasn t aware of how much risk I was carrying by charging my EV on a 3 pin granny plug with a domestic timer and extension lead You need a much higher rated lead and timer Also the customer service was excellent and they are easy to get hold of Highly recommended

Quality and Reliability

Tough Leads provided me with a machinery triggered time delayed unit to control dust extraction in my workshop It arrived quickly with heavy duty cables leading to the connections It works perfectly and saves time and forgetfulness when using a dust extractor remotely Highly recommended for wood-turners

Extension Lead for Audi Plug-In Charger

I have to charge my plug-in hybrid car on the drive but the mains socket is in the garage and I keep the control unit in the garage too as it is not weatherproof I needed an extension lead to add a few extra metres to the manufacturer s cable Tough Leads offered such a heavy duty cable at a reasonable price All I can say is that it is of excellent quality and does exactly as described

What a fantastic company to deal with

What a fantastic company to deal with My 20mtr lead was out of stock on Friday when I ordered it but they got one made for me over the weekend shipped on Monday delivered Tuesday Couldn t ask for a better service and product After burning out several extension leads and sockets I decided to take the plunge and get one of these leads while I wait 2 weeks for pod point best thing I have done Excellent back up for when the main charger breaks Thank you all for a 5star service

Ordered a lead changed the order and still got the order delivered within 48 hours Would have been next day if it weren t for me changing my mind Supreme service The lead itself is the most robust you can imagine Made of heavy duty materials the quality is obvious and the lead will clearly last Yes they re a little dearer than the regular DIY leads but you absolutely get what you pay for The company isn t called Tough Leads for no reason Buy with absolute confidence

Couldn t be happier

We ve needed a couple of things previously and have been pleased with products and service -always high quality This time we needed the lead in a hurry so I let them know and they responded with such speed and kindness it was incredible Really nice humans behind the scenes doing a great job We are really grateful -and it arrived in time Would not hesitate to recommend or use again

Great customer service

Great customer service I purchased a granny lead extension for my PHEV and didn t realise my charger was faulty Tough Leads identified the faulty lead from the pattern of the burn marks on the socket in a photo I sent them They advised me how to fix the lead without having to buy a new charger and provided me with a replacement socket free of charge I couldn t have asked for more excellent service a great product and a money saving tip

Placed an order for a waterproof granny lead extension with inline RCD on a Sunday evening it was delivered on Tuesday Placed another order on the following Sunday for an EV suitable 3 pin socket which arrived on Tuesday morning Brilliant fast service for great products at reasonable prices Couldn t ask for more
