Ordered a hot tub lead weds 3rd feb 2021 was emailed sunday 7th feb to say it was dispatched tracked item today and it has not even been dispatched yet have tried emailing phoning texting no response at all absolute jokers do not waste your money with theseFurther to there response they are just compulsive liars they ignored phone calls and messages and emails eventually texting and then would not respond to our text messages They told me the item had been dispatched but on further questioning it became apparent that they had just printed the courier label and the item was still with them they then admitted that they were hoping to get to the post office later that day a week after my order was placed

Bought a charging cable 3 pin had issues and they agreed to resolve them supposedly they sent someone to pick up and fix exchange the item but nobody ever arrived and still have been unable to contact them since as they seemingly ignore all emails Have opened up the faulty unit to investigate myself and honestly its not a surprise its faulty as the craftsmanship is atrocious if we would have made this as apprentices we would have quickly been let go let alone someone who supposedly knows what they are doing

Sent item back for an exchange as discussed Supplier Adrian refused to respond to three emails asking if item had been received No refund no exchange September 2021 Avoid

Communication is awful I paid 86 for a lead for it to break twice within 6 months of having it There s no contact number to ring so you have to email which they take days to get back to you then eventually completely stop replying to any emails without helping Warranty is none existent as you can t even get in touch with them

Product is good but was delivered with 2 bits missing one being a remote control Both missing bits were delivered promptly but the kit didn t work because the remote needed pairing to the control unit wasn t told this when the remote was delivered Was given instructions to pair the remote but these didn t work Was given updated instructions which did work To be fair Tough Leads responded to all the problems quickly nevertheless had my delivery contained all the bits everything would have worked on day one and not needed a few days of emails and WhatsApp exchanges to sort things out

Update after reply from Tough Leads The issue is I did not receive the text notification on Saturday advising me that the parcel had been dispatched so was unaware that there was a potential for it to arrive on Monday I have never had an issue receiving texts so that s what needs checking by the website developers I m very happy with the quality of the cable which I have now used a couple of times without issue I ve changed the rating to 4 to reflect this After placing my order on a Friday I received a text confirmation which also stated Order updatesYou ll get shipping and delivery updates by text I also paid 10 99 forSPECIAL DELIVERY Royal Mail before 13 00 Items are custom made and dispatched within 2 working days I didn t receive any texts whatsoever about shipping or delivery As a result I was unaware that the parcel was being delivered on Monday The parcel arrived at my home at 10 57 am when I was in the shower and my wife was in the back garden If we d known it was coming someone would have made sure they were in earshot of the front door knocker The parcel was returned to the local Royal Mail delivery office and I had to wait until the following day before I could go and collect it so pointless paying the premium for express delivery Not impressed

The item purchased is exactly what i wanted to monitor electric usage at my berth in marina The reason for the 4 stars it took a while to arrive almost 2 weeks

Reverse polarity lead looks substantial was delivered fairly promptly I believe they are made to order I would give a 5 star rating if I had used the lead and it worked but to date it is awaiting a first outing

Product was supplied as described and delivered at the time and date I was told Well made

Appears good quality Does what it says Haven t got it fitted yet Delivery quick
