Quality extension lead

I wanted a lead that would be permanently outside and run underneath my fence after being plugged in to a dedicated EV 3 pin outside socket I had my electrician inspect this lead for it s suitability and he was impressed by the quality I have no concerns with the safety and durability of the lead I recommend for anyone wanting a 3 pin EV extension just make sure your socket is suitable first

Excellent quality friendly service

Extremely friendly and helpful supplier and my lead arrived very quickly The adaptor lead I ordered to charge my Citroen Ami is sturdy and well constructed It feels like a very good quality item I feel confident that if I ever had a problem they would sort it out swiftly professionally and without any faff or procrastination

Wrong cable easily swapped Happy with product

Accidentally ordered the wrong cable easily arranged to have it sent back and the correct one sent out EV Cable extension is good quality and can t really fault

Highly recommend

I m using the Tesla 3 pin home cable and my garage connection was a few meters short I looked at many options all very costly from a full EV charger install unit to having an electrician come over and fit a new outside socket After a quick Google search Tough Leads was bought to my attention looking at reviews socials as you do I thought let s have a look I can t say how happy I am with the service the communication the level of detail on the website and the helpful guides Adrian was amazing even answer emails after hours I bought a 15m with in line RCD with weather proof box and a spare 5m when out and about I will be back for their EU adapters when I take the Tesla abroad Great service highly recommend

When our extension lead developed a fault after over two years of constant outdoor use in one of the wettest places in the UK the company kindly repaired it for us free of charge even though we were outside the warranty period Fantastic service and friendly service Highly recommended

The EV granny charger 13A weatherproof

The EV granny charger 13A weatherproof extension lead with plug RCD works beautifully I was using a standard extension and the main power pug and the extension were heating up to 50 C The extension works perfectly with no heating observed absolutely safe for home plugs The outdoor plug is not only waterproof but also features a user-friendly locked lid making it a breeze to open and close Very satisfied Recommended for EV 3 pins charging

Camper van trip to France

We re planning a camper van trip to France and I found mixed advice on Electric Hook Up leads increasingly confusing until I came across one recommendation for Tough Leads I checked out the website and got excellent in depth replies to my very basic questions from Adrian the Director I placed my order and had some further questions which got the same prompt detailed level of reply The products are very sturdy too
