Total scumbags Tried to say the galaxy buds I sent in were counterfeit when they were absolutely not and I d had them with my S20 for 3 years Then said I had to pay an admin fee as their company had lost money After paying the 10 admin fee I STILL didn t get my item back I was told I needed to pay for postage back So I booked the parcel to be collected myself and guess what They refused to give it to the collection driver So as they attempted to collect the parcel and were refused I also can t be refunded the money I paid to have it collected Never answer emails or phone calls or texts or WhatsApps and the one time I got through on the phone I got a really rude sarcastic cocky male who had less customer service skills than a bag of dog sh These c ts are actually thieves

I am a Swiss customer The web shop indicated a price in CHF and the normal inland price for delivery by Swiss Post What an unpleasant surprise to receive delivery with CHF 28 additional custom charges No warning at any moment nor a deduction of the supplier VAT Simply not acceptable

Have had my watch for a few days and no update Impossible to get in touch with Feel like I ve been scammed

AVOID

I wish I had never bothered with this company my advice is stick to Music Magpie They are unhappy with the Apple Watch I sent to them for trade in tell me it is only worth 50 quoted 90 - I have requested it is returned to me and paid 6 for an EVRI return Tradein tell me I must use Royal Mail As the actual owner of the item I am entitled to use the service which suits me best I await to see if the watch is returned to me

I don t think this company even

I don t think this company even deserves one star I have not received my money for 2 ipad and 2 magic keyboards The 900 originally quoted online was reduced by 30 and still I have not received any money due to me

Avoid

Sent an iwatch in good condition and was sent a video showing minute wear and tear NOT scratches on the glass which would be on any device Any excuse to knock the price down to the minimum Despite offering no quibble return they asking for more money and still haven t received Never answer the phone and can t return calls to numbers received AVOID

Utter charlatans offered 95 then sent photos having cracked the back of a phone in perfect condition Little choice but to accept 1 3 of the correct value DO NOT USE

Rude and unreliable

Don t use this company They have accepted my items and have disputed what I have sent and downgraded the condition to poor stating that the items are covered in deep scratches so they won t pay out Their customer service is really poor They either don t pick up the phone or when they do they don t confirm they are a company and the individuals are rude The man I spoke to shouted at me and hung up on me when I asked for the serial number for one of the products I had sent in Avoid and go to a more reliable company with better service

Please don t use this company If you are not happy with the price they offer which I may add will be low They will then charge you to get you tech back I suspect they make it hard so you don t bother and accept there under cut offer Go some where that offer less money but better company Awful service

Borderline scammers

Awful communication send a brand new iPad out to them via Royal Mail properly packaged with bubble wrap padding etc and when they received it they sent me a picture of the screen with loads of scratches in the middle which they d clearly done to get a lower price won t use again Proper rip off scam
