AVOID

The ipad was immaculate when i sent it away have the photos to prove it they said there was scratches and sent photos when i spoke on the phone and questioned it the man was rude and basically said that if i didnt accept then they didnt know know when i would get it back I believe 100 that it wasnt my ipad pictures they sent when i questioned about a wanted a picture with all the serial number on it again he said he didnt know how long it would take he made me feel like i was stupid AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

Horrible client support and order proceed is too long They keep saying sorry but do nothing to help I do not recommand

My traded in items mysteriously

My traded in items mysteriously acquired screen damage that wasn t there when I sent them off so the trade in value was less I kinda knew this would happen and I only traded them in because otherwise I was going to chuck them in the bin These people are obviously desperate so I accepted the lower offer and hope they have successful and happy lives

This company have very poor business

This company have very poor business practices Traded in an Apple Watch Ultra this week and didn t supply a power lead Have never done when trading these in the past with other companies The company asked me to phone them and offered 30 less for missing power lead I told them I don t accept this and asked them to post the watch back to me immediately I was then sent a link from Royal Mail and asked to pay for the collection fee Royal Mail tried to collect my parcel on Wednesday of this week as arranged and the company refused to give it to them This company still have my Apple Watch which is technically theft as I ve asked them to return it to me Don t use this company at any cost

Worst experience

Worst experience Committed 370 for iPhone 13 Pro 256GB and on sending it over they called that they would buy it for 213 only iPhone is in perfect condition with no visible damage and no issues with battery health on 86 Really disappointing

No response from company

Received images of my device on the Friday Responded straight away It is now Monday and I have had no response from this compAny despite multiple attempts I have also tried to log into my account online and it s showing as temporarily disabled They have an expensive iPad and if I don t receive payment or my device back I will be extremely disappointed and will take the matter further

Appalling

Just got off the phone with this shower where I was accused by its representative of making s up The gentlemen in question was also much keener on talking than listening talking over me and not answering my questions I asked several times to speak with a manager and he refused and obstructed me Worst customer experience ever and I will never be using this dodgy crowd again

Very angry with this company and would not use again they sent out the wrong size mx shirt charged me another 10 99 to return it and only refunded 11 99 when the shirt cost 17 99 DO NOT USE

Lied about the condition of my phone

Trade in trying to say my old phone which was hardly used had scratches They sent me photos one of which when turned on was my phone The others were not the same phone Absolutely disgusting trying to rip people off I ve got pictures myself You can t trust anyone these days I even wrapped the phone in bubble wrap will share the pics when I receive it back from them as I have cancelled selling it to them
