A well made product excellent service and really good value I shopped around before buying these and they were one of the cheapest online The online ordering system is also easy to use and the variety of finishes is exceptional A truly bespoke radiator Thank you

Excellent quality product and consistent colour matches Victorian cast iron radiators from trads not only create the wow factor but have transformed my old farmhouse into a warm home Have used trads twice each time no problems and excellent delivery on a pallet

Amazing service and love our cast iron radiators The team were really good over the phone helping with the sale and delivery was bang on time They sent updates at each stage of manufacture too which was good

Beautiful looking radiator

The radiator looks amazing It s not plumbed in yet so we can t comment on the heat levels et cetera We ve got to order some additional parts and managed to get through to very helpful staff who arranged for these to be delivered very quickly So far so good

Excellent service

The lady to whom I spoke was very very helpful to the extent that she posted me free samples of the grommets Delivery was a little pricey with no option of Royal Mail which would have made the purchase cost less But overall I cannot fault the service

Dragonfly cast iron radiators

Ordered 4 Dragonfly cast iron radiators custom sizes so had to wait several weeks but was aware of that Radiators arrived and as warned it was an outside delivery we had to get the radiators to their final locations make sure you have help these can t be moved by one person I had my sons help me both adults and I needed the help when fully built the largest radiator weighs about 40 stone We had a couple of small issues during the assembly stage but trads were more than helpful and sent us some small spares FOC This companies customer service is 5 I couldn t be any happier with them or the product All are now working keeping us warm during this cold winter and look amazing

This company is amazing I needed a gasket for a radiator and even though I had not bought my radiator from them and it was not a big purchase they were so helpful The customer service of this company is second to none I have been restoring properties for years and I can say I haven t come across such fine service before Thank you

A very usable website custom build

A very usable website custom build tool It enabled me to go back and forth with different designs and easily check the btu sizes etc Very helpful staff over phone calls and really clear order confirmations
