Excellent service Contacted by phone before purchase online and advisor was very helpful Arrived complete within timescales Courier was very very helpful Actual radiator was very heavy needs 2 people to move Read instructions first to show how to transport Looks fantastic so pleased Looks superb in hallway with mahogany staircase gold ordered Would purchase again

5 Cast iron radiators

Positive experience Easy to contact Small problems solved easily and without fuss Great communication Delighted with the Cast iron Victorian x 5 radiators and the Liberty 2 polished and lacquered radiator and accessories which is truly amazing Well worth the wait Stunning addition to the home Definitely first stop for future radiators Thank you for all your help Always wanted these in my home and 5 is very much deserved

Another matching radiator

After living in our renovated house for a couple of winters we noticed one of the rooms had a cold spot so we decided to add a small column radiator to match the two we had previously bought from tradscastironradiators co uk We emailed to check our colour and style as we were unsure The staff responded quickly with our original order and even sent a colour sample so we were absolutely sure We then ordered and after a few weeks took delivery of the matching radiator which has since been installed Great service and a great product Thanks

Absolutely Exceptional Service

Absolutely exceptional service from Trads from start to finish From ordering paint swatches at the start of the process to helping us source the valves that we wanted We were kept well informed throughout the entire process and delivery was very smooth The radiators themselves are first class quality and we couldn t be more pleased We honestly cannot recommend Trads highly enough Many thanks

Very professional

This was my first purchase from Trads and couldn t have been better the website was clear and easy to navigate I received step by step notifications as the radiator went through the different stages of manufacture The delivery was on the requested day and extremely well packed on a pallet I also received a little tub of touch up paint just in case This is just the purchasing experience the rad is perfect too lovely quality They do warn you on the website even small rads are very heavy they are cast iron after all Many thanks DMIronbridge Shropshire

10 10 experience using Trads

10 10 experience using Trads would 100 recommend and use again Considering how much of a pain I was as a customer changing colours and sizes quite a few times customer service was one of the best I ve experienced and all my requests were accommodated quickly Special mention to Eve who was great to deal with Thank you
