Poor Customer Service
Ordered cast iron feet but they were too small for my radiator Contacted customer service requesting return but they refused as just out of 2 week window I understand I was outside of time limit but not by a huge amount product is unused and I was paying for the return Very poor customer service will not use again and would not recommend update Have been contacted by Trads customer service who have agreed a refund once the item is returned Had not expected a reply or such a positive outcome Thank you for the excellent follow up
