Parcel eaten up by RODENT in their warehouse Parcel not delivered as paid for

I had to be the one to go to their office to pick up my parcel after 1 month when I paid for a 4 day door step express delivery The WORST of it is that my parcel was rendered useless by RODENT in their warehouse Clothes eaten up beyond repair and other items completely ruined I wish I could attach the pictures and videos

Online chat facility constantly disconnecting Strangely defensive customer services I don t know if it s lack of customer service training but they re abrupt and on occasions just plain rude when there s no need to be We have three people in our office who speak with them and between us we regularly have conversations about how odd some of them are

Not responsible for transactions

Not responsible for transactions created by their website We were let down by DHL twice having called at 4pm to be told they were coming at 6pm waited until 6pm called again and was told they had attepmted to collect at 3pm but no-one available total lie I could have been told this at 4pm Employees just don t seem to care not their problem We lost a customer over this and they have lost us as one of theirs too

Transglobal Express lost my valuable item with no reasonable refund

Transglobal accepted responsibility for losing my valuable item worth over 500 and to my surprise they are only ready to provide a refund of 70 This is totally absurd and I can t just believe it My parcel was a very large parcel and I can t even believe how it got lost in the first place I have completely lost confidence in the courier service

Where are my packages 20 packages were all missingKeep contacting Transglobal via live chat emailed them called them Until now Jan 14 2025 at 1 36pm I haven t heard from them so where are my packages I feel very unsafe to use their service

DPD said the package delivered to Transglobal on the date of 10 Jan 2025 11 48 Description on DPD Your parcel has been delivered and received by JES Team at Transglobal told me I should wait for their investigation Yesterday told me today today they told me tomorrow So where are my packages

Lack of customer care or adherence to trading standards

Loyal customer for many many years Parcel was stolen whilst in possession of the company and its carriers TG sat on claim for 6 weeks and didn t do anything and when I followed up did not investigate but just dismissed the claim suggesting that the level of insurance I had was insufficient to refund fully Whilst I accept damage to a parcel or delay is an insurance issue I feel a company has a duty to investigate potential criminal activity and not dismiss it We provided evidence of what happened The lack of care shown to customers is truly shocking For clarity the shipment was not declared lost nor was the claim investigated The response below is fudging over the real issue of the company not actually dealing with the issues raised with them

Beware questionable business practices

Beware These people have a tendency to illegally send invoices for so called returns without actually processing the return and without sending the returned parcel Make sure every invoice in questioned
