Good but needs improvement

The past performance deserved 5 but the last one Transglobal appear to have lost my document for 3-4 days and only got put on flight with DTDC five days later The staff are good at response and could not fault them The website needs revamping as one could not see all tracking data on Transglobal website and for overseas courier it diverts to partner website whose tracking reference is different to Transglobal Overall pleased with Transglobal service and value for money pricing Will definitely use them have a soft spot for TG as I was a business user prior to my retirement

Delivery Problems

Trans global service was very good But if next time I find you are using FedEx express as your carrier I will not be using you FedEx express agent in Columbia Bogota was a disaster and tried it on with the receiver to get extra money and delayed delivery

I ve beenusing Transglobal for over 2 years now and am generally satisfied There was a period 9 months ago when we had missed deliveries via Evri and the insurance didn t cover the cost The booking system is relatively easy to use and the drivers are friendly

A OK but

Everything has been ok lately save that an order which was taped together got separated in a journey of just 15 miles TG said they would find the missing stuff but no sign yet

Understanding and Concern

I spoke with Scott and he demonstrated a level of care and understanding in handling my concern Even though the issue is yet to be resolved I feel the matter was properly handle Thanks Scott and all at Transglobal

Great collection time just as they said they would Not so good at updating the tracking especially as it was international collected on 30th March delivered on 17th April took quite a long time really not sure whose fault that was

4 could have been 5 if only

Been using them for a while now and only rated them 4 stars out of a possible 5 because the courier company from Hades Hermes masquerading as Evri seem to either loose my parcels or damage and dispose then wait for me to discover this only when my customer starts asking and i track the shipment Customer service over the phone is very good and responsive Overall good service but pricey Special thanks to driver Marcus who picks up our parcels and takes them down to the depot Nice bloke and represents the company in a very professional manner give the man a raise

So far TG have been an economic and reliable service provider - the recent addition of a 4 95 surcharge for collections under 25 in value is a bit of a bummer though and the only reason for not giving them 5 stars
