Transglobal definitely losing control

Transglobal definitely losing control of the service Your re just an agent and are not FULLY in control of the couriers unfortunately this makes your lives and MY LIFE harder Contemplating leaving the service

Team at Transglobal sent us emails 9 of them and requested us to disclose our client s information The short answer is NOWe will NOT and we will NEVER disclose our client s information to a third party company We also do NOT fear any threatening statements Our business information is confidential and we will NOT share it out If the information is related to our client s no matter what kinds of situation We will NOT disclose it out No matter how many emails or phone calls or any other forms we received We do NOT and we will NOT share it out

I used to use transglobal express regularly and recommended them to my company With two attempts they failed to arrange collection for over three days on next day collect service Avoid at all costs

Unsatisfactory Service tracking

Encouraged to use a new contract provider UPS shipment has been stationary in Miami since 11 September 8 days Parcel was collected from Colchester to go to Montserrat BWIPreviously used FedEx with no problems Door to door 7days maximumTracking number not recognised by UPS so no clue where shipment is currently 19September

Booked a pallet collection for small

Booked a pallet collection for small pallet it stated on the site that it would be the same day then I had an email from Emily saying it was too late for same day so she booked it for the next day ok finewaited in all day until I had to go out at tea time That s when they turned up The DHL guy Told my wife that he s refusing to take it because he s on his own and is not attempting to carry it and hurting his back before christmas So here I am writing this at 9 57am whilst still waiting for Transglobal to answer their phone 42 minutes now bloody uselessemailed twice yesterday with no reply

One of the hopeless company with no

One of the hopeless company with no sense of operating at all This is my 2 nightmare for sending parcels promise not to use them and definitely not recommend

Extortionate surcharges

I use Trans Global Express to post fishing rods as they have been the cheapest and in general they provide a good service via DHL Like most couriers they have introduced a peak times surcharge which is extortionate percentage wise in relation to their normal charge I usually pay around 18 66 but now the price has gone up to nearly 24 to post a rod that s around a 20 increase I cannot pass this cost onto my customers as they simply won t pay it therefore i have lost the sales I don t know why couriers also charge around 9 as a handling fee to manually check to address Postage in general makes it unviable to run a business and placing surcharges on top just rubs salt into the wound I won t use Trans global Express until they remove their surcharges Dm Norfolk

I am absolutely disgusted with the

I am absolutely disgusted with the appalling service provided by Transglobal Express From start to finish this has been a nightmare and your company has shown complete disregard for my shipment and my trust Let s start with the pickup the driver literally threw my boxes into the van like they were garbage No care no professionalism just blatant recklessness I should have known then that disaster was on the horizon but nothing prepared me for the horror that awaited at delivery When the boxes arrived they were torn apart and everything inside was shattered beyond repair A TV bent like a boomerang seriously what did you do play football with it The items inside the boxes weren t just damaged they were damp exposed and ruined This was nothing short of criminal negligence

NOT THRUSTWORTHY TO WORK WITH

As an online trading company we use this company sometimes for international shippings but unfortunately I regret doing everytime Actually I haven t been using their services for the last 6 months For a shipment 6 minths ago they forwarded us to a debit collector as our shipment was 122kg actually it was 60kg which we easily carried by 2 person We don t have any product will weight 122kg For anogher one one of iur shipment to italy they couldnt deliver and they asked a lot of money to return it to us as it was their mistake Besides they kept our goods until we pay even they dont have any right They are after easy money NOT TRUSTWORTHY YOU MIGHT FACE AN UPCOMING EXTRA INVOICES DIFFERENT AMOUNTS THEN WHAT THEY DISPLAY
