Disappointing delivery time

I was quoted a particular date but it was delivered exactly a week later than that date I appreciate that the quote isn t hard and fast Nevertheless it was really disappointing because it missed a grandchild s birthday Update got a reasoned and reasonable reply from Transglobal express Happier now they pointed out it was working days

Evri have failed 6 deliveries for us in

Evri have failed 6 deliveries for us in the past 12 months We lose 200 00 exh time but the insurance only covers us for 25 00 WE deliver to British Rail depots which are manned 24 7 so excuses to say nobody was there to accept the packages is inexcusable

Confusing declared value

First of all Please separate shipment value from content value when you print on the parcel label as it is very confusing for Customs Office As per HMRC Declared Value is value of the goods inside the parcel and not a shipment fee Secondly I am dissatisfied because you overcharge me for shipment value - doubled up my fee You did not consider kg but sizes of my boxes and it is totally unfair My goods are lighter than you may automatically consider looking at the size of the parcel

Poor delivery time on this occasion

Failed collection took the package over the weekend and the time from UK to US was 8 days A poor show that no-one wants to take responsibility for not least Transglobal Take care where the service is collection by one party and shipping by another as they are not working collaboratively

absolute disinterest in helping or in providing a good service

Despite being a customer for over 15 years the one time I make an insurance claim due to their contractor destroying the parcel contents they refuse to pay up and have shown absolute disinterest in helping or in providing a good service They have also declined to accept or process a complaint

Shipment to Australia don t use UPS

Shipment to Australia delayed by customs in USA Apparently that is due to UPS routing Next time I will make sure that the package is sent via DHL who have always performed well

Ridiculous new collection charges

I ve been using Transglobal Express regularly for a number of years and the generally the service has been fantastic Yet recently they have introduced ridiculous collection charges as follows 5 94 including VAT for a collection unless your basket total is over 25That basically prices out any of us smaller scale shippers who require ad-hoc collections as it s now significantly cheaper to utilize my own account with UPS etc For example a standard DPD UK next day parcel is 9 84 including VAT flat rate for 25KG but with the new prices it works out at 15 78 It s the same regardless of service Even the cheaper Evri services now cost more than double Unless you re a high volume shipper it s unlikely you ll save money compared to booking direct with the courier and even if you do ship a lot you ll likely still save money going direct as most couriers will be happy to negotiate a discount based on volume

This was my last order for my company

This was my last order for my company before I retire I made my best last product your customer services usually dose a great job takes all the stress out of sending products I was told the product would be sent to my customer the nest day which he made sure he was in then to be told it was hold up in the midlands it would be the next day and it would arrive at between 3 and 5 pm he was in at 2 55pm only to be told they tried to deliver at 12 50 pm I am not happy and he s not happy

Disappointed that it took an extra day to pick up an expensive DHL Express international parcel All phone calls to office were unanswered and the agent offer on the website went unanswered It also took an extended time to receive shipping label

USPS service gone downhill

The USPS service Transglobal offer used to be a competitive and reliable service It is no longer reliable so I will be stopping using this until they can improve It is supposed to be a 4-6 day service but I currently have parcels over 2 weeks and still no sign of delivery Clearly they have changed something in the way they tranship over the US I asked Customer Service but I was just fobbed off Sad as it used to be a great service
