I use Transglobal express day to day

I use Transglobal express day to day through work They re great when things go swimmingly however when there are issues some staff members are certainly better than others The first employee I spoke to was very unhelpful and made it clear she didn t want to assist I called them to make a formal complaint and the wonderful Nikki answered She has been amazing managed to push through a delivery was constantly going back and forth between me and TNT with updates It is only thanks to her this is a 4 review before she answered I was considering advising my employer we should use a different company Please have an office full of Nikkis

Excellent customer services

First time using them to send a book to USA and on the whole it was a simple process I affixed a USPS label instead of a DPD collection label when I tried to drop it off at the post office who wouldn t accept I called customer services to clarify the situation and my call was answered very quickly by Sarah D who was friendly efficient and explained the mix-up She instantly emailed a replacement label which I was able to get printed in a copy shop and drop off successfully at the post office So a bit of a faff for my first experience but live and learn Faultless customer services though which were greatly appreciated Parcel not delivered yet so this is more a review for customer service than postal delivery service

I have been using Transglobal for over 10 years

I have been using Transglobal for over 10 years and until recently their service has been very good indeed In fact my current gripe is not with TG at all it is with the collection agencies DHL and DPD both of whom used to collect my parcels booked via TG unproblematically over a period of several years Then about 7-8 months ago DPD and now DHL have regularly failed to collect them even though I am still at the same address as before Having now waited several days for a DHL collection destined for the USA by UPS Lyndsey Lloyd at TG is the only one of their live chat operatives to date to have had the inspired idea of not using DHL at all but simply dropping off my parcel directly at a UPS depot Thank you Lyndsey NB UPDATE at 20 35 DHL turned up half an hour ago and at last collected my parcel

Good service overall as I use them to

Good service overall as I use them to post fishing rods with DHL I have found DHL very good and give prompt delivery Unfortunately they are much more expensive than Parcel force on tubes under 150cm Don t bother trying to phone Trans global as getting your point over is a nightmare but as far as delivering your parcel they are quite good DF Norfolk

Great customer service

They lost a parcel to Canada and after opening a case they found it and decided to return it to me refusing any compensation I lost a sale and revenue Now almost 3 months later a refund for the outbound postage was finally issued after an email and great communication with a helpful customer service agent so I have to amend my initial one-star rating Holding back a star due to the not-so-good experience and the time it took to resolve this

No Amazon integration

We have been using TG for quite some time now and it is a good efficient delivery broker and service However There is no API integration with Amazon - the biggest shopping platform around It is truly difficult to comprehend You have to literally manually input all the tedious address customs IOSS details one by one And no Excel Order import doesn t work either - tabs don t import correctly from one to another It has been a constant yet small frustration Now that Amazon demands end-to-end tracked service to Europe for every single package - it is an absolute daily bane If not for that it would be an all-around good service that I would recommend to anyone

The ease of booking a collection and our collector Stav is very friendly Unfortunately you have added a minimum price for free collection which means I need 7 UK orders daily to trigger free collection This isn t doable for a small business
