cancellation of parcel collection

I booked a parcel collection a few days ahead then realised it was not needed I spoke to Transglobal they were very helpful and the collection was cancelled I was amazed at the price to the USA it was half the price quoted by Royal Mail It may have taken a few more days to get to the USA but ideal for non urgent items

Great prices and top service

My first time using transglobal express and I was extremely pleased with both the service provided and the price charged Collection service was faultless and I received a reminder text message and phone call immediately prior to collection Will definitely use again Also the extra insurance was very fairly priced in comparison to competitors I hope future deliveries will be as smooth

Stellar customer service and great price I had to contact them twice to remedy mistakes I had made with my booking and they made it really simple to put right Answered my calls almost immediately and were very courteous fixing the order Really pleased with the quote I was given to ship my rug too

Having used Transglobal for many years

Having used Transglobal for many years with no issues we set a parcel to a customer in Holland DPD lost it but it actually got returned as they tried to clear it through French customs without a French VAT number Having spoken to a few staff at transglobal Vanessa then got involved and managed to sort issue out Parcel is now on its way to our customer Scott and Kasia were also helpful

Frustrating delivery to Walworth - TGE rescues the day

Customer in Walworth London didn t tell us of early construction site closure goods were not accepted and were to be sent back to us Instead Isaac TGE and DHL people intercepted the parcels and they were delivered next day Our delivery was no 84 on a van from Croydon - no easy matter to organise We are very grateful for your help - thanks Isaac colleagues
