Nikki went beyond doing her job She really understood She went beyond doing her job on our behalf Nikki is fantastic I would like to give her more than 5 stars She just kept phoning Nikki kept me in the loop phoning me back keeping me appraised of her phone calls and emails She really is a kind efficient and fantastic member of staff at TransGlobal She is Santa s best helperxx I am just so so grateful that Nikki answered the phone Thank you Nikki so so so much You cannot belief how much this means thank you xx

I booked a parcel on with Nikki at Transglobal It was a Apple watch from Arrecife airport that I had stupidly forgotten and left in airport security on my return there were multiple issues with packing pick up paperwork all from the airports end who blamed DHL and vice versa It was made harder because I could only contact them via email I waited over 1 month for this to be collected However Nikki went above and beyond and was so helpful in getting this issue resolved and keeping me updated You re an asset to Transglobal Really helpful professional and friendly 5 Star customer service Thanks so much Kelly Hughes

Helpful staff

Had issues with additional paperwork required for a DHL international I had a parcel stuck in Germany I not normally deal with shipping and was at a loss Went on an on-line chat with both Naomi and Emily who were both so helpful Emily even ask for me to email her the documents so she could upload to DHL That is what I call service I m a very happy customer

I had an unusual item to send so contacted HMRC the reply was not helpful So I contacted Transglobal and spoke with Lyndsey Lloyd Lyndsey was most helpful and got back to me within 5 minutes with a sensible code to use followed up with an email 3 days later to check I hadn t experienced any further problems For this twice yearly user of Transglobal I couldn t be happier with the service

I have a guy called Jamal who comes to pick up form me maybe two times a week for international shipments with Transglobal He always turns up with a positive bubbly and smiling attitude Nothing is too much trouble for him If I am around the corner he will wait a few minutes and its no trouble to him at all He is an absolute diamond and a credit to Transglobal So thank you Jamal for you exceptional customer service and for just being you

Sarah Davies from customer services was friendly and very efficient Advised which carrier to choose They collected from our home address later the same day My parcel arrived at my sons in 5 working dayswhich is remarkable during the Christmas rush No damage to anything on arrival
