The air ticket booking was little

The air ticket booking was little confusing because even after making payment there were emails asking for payment Had I made the payment again it would have been duplicate payment and not sure how the recovery would be The online payment process is flawed so that needs to be improved otherwise the online air ticket purchase is easy

I bought an airticket from Traveasy Initially I was having difficulty in making payment but Traveasy contacted me quickly and sent me link and I was able to make the payment smoothly Post-purchase too Traveasy reached out to me which was a nice gesture Also I found their rate lowest

Great experience and easy to book flights

Great experience and easy to use interface They offer great prices on flights and have made bookings more than once I would recommend this website to others as well Only need improvement in needed in the filters Sometimes the filter selection skews the results and that requires another modification to see results as expected

Overall really good experiene searching and booking flights Quick and helpful customer service via phone But bit disappointed to see the sudden rise in price for the flight I was considering I just wanted to check the baggage info through call and inbetween price went up

Intially it went smooth the process was fast but during this process some points discussed with the team was neglected due to communication gap between the teams but after prior clarity and inputs the team got a clear idea and executed properly at the end I m satisfied and found them trustworthy and reliable scenario happen like this but need to tackle with them properly Best of luck to priyanshi and the team involved
