After a week 29 04 2024 and the response to the review we still don t have any answer to our refund request nor we have seen our money back in our account This show well that Travelfrom is not a website that you can trust I have booked a flight with Travelfrom but the only thing that went through was my money A few days before the flight I started to check where and when I had to check in for the flight and couldn t find any information I e-mailed travelfrom the response that I had was just go on the airline company website and enter the PNR On the company website it was impossible for them to find my booking E-mailed again Travelfrom but received no response Try to call them and they blame it on the airline company Called the airline company they didn t had our booking We decided to go to the airport 4h before our flight was supposed to take off just to sort everything with the company At the airport there was no flight that had the same flight number as the one Travelfrom gave us not a flight that was supposed to take off at the time they gave us I don t know if they made up a flight or if our flight was cancelled and they didn t tell us We had to purchase new tickets just before the flight I have asked for a refound but from what I saw on other review I m not really counting on it

Not worth the trouble
TravelFrom is supposed to be a travel agency but from agency it has nothing We sadly booked a trip with them because they were a bit cheaper and we wrongfully though that a travel agency would help us in case of any trip-related trouble We were so wrong Once you buy a ticket they will not care anymore Yes you can chat with them easly yes they will reply to some mails but it will only be for generic stuff replies you will not find real concrete help They will not help you contact the airline in case of delay or any other thing Our advise is pay a little more and go with a physical agency or just buy straight from the airline it will save you lots of headakes I really do not recommend TravelFrom it was our first time with them it will be our last UPDATE 29-04-2024 No I am not just talking about hotel refund I ll manage directly with the airline as you clearly say you are not even here for simply contacting the airline for your customers as any decent agency would do I am talking about every single issue we had since day one after paying for the tickets -Impossible to actually talk with someone let alone a manager that could have some power to do something -Chat agents are kind and all but can t do anything for you -Any unvoluntary change is a mess to validate Since it is impossible to talk to someone everything is done via web interface in NOT REAL TIME so you may validate something but chances are it won t go through -I can go on and on so I repeat myself IT IS NOT ABOUT A SINGLE HOTEL REFUND

Awful experience about a chaotic refund
Update 05 15 I quote In all cases you do not pay a commission fee for the repayment of these funds I ve already made a claim on all your email addresses you don t reply officially anywhere other than trustpilot You are not serious I am following up on travelfrom s reply I did receive an incomplete and still unjustified refund I say unjustified because I was charged 280 euros in ticket surcharges and 80 euros in baggage fees for two tickets due to cancellation on the day of purchase which were not written on the invoice at the time of purchase I had to ask for this detail by chat to understand this incomplete refund It s crazy to have to go through Trustpilot to try to get an answer nothing is detailed by email It s unacceptable to steal from people like this The 60 euro refund fee is not enough for you you have to finance your scams with fictitious fees Moreover you are not respecting your general terms and conditions of sale which state 6 4 5 Consequences of cancellation If you terminate the Booking contract we undertake to refund all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than - within 14 days of receipt of notice of your decision to terminate these T Cs We ll refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction except in cases where you ve explicitly agreed to a different payment method In any case you don t pay any commission fees for the repayment of these funds Please clarify this unfair situation as soon as possible Awful experience about a chaotic refund request full of inconsistencies I cancelled and requested a refund for tickets not even an hour after purchasing them due to very poor communication I didn t receive the flight documents on time and then I saw the very bad comments from this company I had to go through an obstacle course in order to assert my right to a full refund since I requested a refund less than 24 hours after purchasing the tickets I had to call American Airlines to confirm this right Something I sent to the assistants in chat An initial request for a refund of 847 euros leaving me no choice but to accept for fear of not being refunded at all was not at all complete An assistant was able to add baggage reimbursement to this refund request but new additional costs were added to the calculation 280 euros in additional ticket charges and 80 euros in baggage charges the 60 euros in reimbursement costs is the only thing I accept in this operation Now I just have to pray that one day I ll see my money in my bank account again I fought all day on the chat service hoping to be listened to and respected There is no phone service in French

Avoid Dishonest company increased price AFTER sale
I booked and paid for intercontinental flights with Travelfrom However I woke up the next morning to emails telling me that a the price had increased by over 200 Euros and that b this new price had now expired and I had to contact them to find oua a new-new price When I asked customer service if they would consider honouring the initial agreed-upon price they refused and offered no solution other than I pay more I found this pretty outrageous I ended up cancelling and buying tickets elsewhere Avoid at all costs

Absolutely TERRIBLE
Absolutely TERRIBLE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Booked flights from Bangkok to Lyon and Lyon to Bangkok at the Airport of Bangkok we were told that we needed Visa to get in India even though we don t stay so our whole way to go was impossible we had to book everything again through another agency Travel Awaits never told us anything about this So I asked for the refund of the way to go and it was only 400 Secondly on the way back one of the flight is cancelled so we have to change the whole flights again And FINALLY they tell us that our way to go is cancelled too because apparently their system tells them that I cancelled all the flights and not the way to go I go all the customer supports chat and phone no one could help me End of the story 400 refunded out of 2 700 and couldn t even take one flight out of the 6th that I booked WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE SO MUCH STRESS TIME AND MONEY LOST

Worst online travel agency still no solution for my claim to refund all expenses
I had a very disappointing experience with Travelfrom fr regarding a critical issue with my travel plans Due to their failure of not reissuing my tickets I missed a very important family wedding Despite numerous attempts to resolve the situation through emails I only received robotic responses with no real solutions The company s customer service was very unprofessional and not friendly refusing to cover the full costs incurred including internal flights taxi fares and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused They only offered to pay for the hotel which is not sufficient given the extent of the disruption to my plans I am deeply dissatisfied with how this situation was handled and the lack of empathy and professionalism displayed I would caution others against using this service especially for important travel plans I will not recommend this company to anyone and I m still fighting to get my full refund if not I am going legal

A company that does not care about their customers at all
It s has been 2 months now and I am still waiting for them to refund me all expenses paid due to their big mistake of not reissuing our tickets and made us loose a very important family weeding in the US this company will always reply to you with automatic robotic emails with different agent signatures it s seems unreal but there is no way they will respond in good conditions to the phone there s always noise and they never understand what s happening seems a total mess organization and I don t know how to talk with a manager supervisor in this company I have no received any refund since 2 months ago and either solutions RE FDU7DFSE Ticket 20568377

I am traveling within Cameroon My trip was is from Yaound to Garoua My Cameroon visa took longer than expected so I needed to change my flights Yaound is close to Douala and they changed the routing to be two flights Yaound to Douala and then Douala to Garoua Unfortunately the website does not allow me to request changing it back to only one flight I was instructed by email to put my request in the comments section but I have not gotten any information or communications back Not good

Very confusing website without enough information regarding the flight bookings
Please improve your website and information provided once upon booking a flight Your website app is very confusing and there is not enough info how to add checked bags seats upgrade your flight etc As I am moving to Canada to add more checked bags is a must but spend 1 day full stress trying to get information about the flight On a positive note your customer service assistant Irina tried to do her best to help me out Unfortunately when she tried to add checked bags to my booking she said that there s a technical issue with your website and I need to purchase my bags upon check in To wait full week before trying to move my life on the other half of the world couldn t be more stressful
