Faulty hood and poor customer service

Hi team I bought a Bebecar travel system last week and was delivered on time However we have received the carrycot with a broken hood We have tried to contact you both via email and phone calls However no response yet Our baby is due soon and we have a pram which is faulty Can someone please guide us the next steps or respond Our order number is 42977
