Order arrived fast and I was pleased with the stroller Had some difficulties after a while but at the end they were handled well

After reading some of the negative reviews which seem a bit unfair in my opinion I wanted to write one of my own We placed our order for the Egg2 bundle at the end of June and were expecting it to be delivered by end of July as was stated on the website Unfortunately due to supplier delays we have only just received it HOWEVER throughout the last few months Alex has been very responsive to my emails requesting updates for the delivery and arranged for the car seat and isofix to be delivered promptly as they were already in stock Obviously supplier delays are outside the control of the retailer and with covid regulations being what they were in the summer phones went unanswered for many businesses due to lack of staff I can only assume that if not for the current state of things we would ve received our delivery months ago and been able to speak to someone on the phone I appreciate Alex s replies to me especially as I explained that I was a little anxious that we wouldn t receive it in time If you have time before your baby arrives or do not require an urgent delivery at the moment please don t let the small number of negative reviews put you off ordering from Trendy Baby Natalie

Ordered a pram travel system on 20th Nov arrived 6th December just long enough to raise suspicions about when it would be delivered It was listed as delivery within 10 working days which it was not Nonetheless in the end all was good

Unfortunately dispatch date was not as advertised - same day for next day delivery - when ordered before midday - which I was expecting and why I ordered from there At least they called me the next morning to apologise after I emailed them twice and asked me if I want a refund or they will go ahead and dispatch the order

We purchased a mamma and pappa Flip XT3 travel system bundle with a good discount off the RRP Prompt delivery as stated Unfortunately a part was missing but this was resolved and dispatched quickly - overall very happy with the service

Thank you for calling me regarding below and a major thanks to Alex to sorting the issue out For those reading they may have issues with emails and the phone line therefore please continue to try and get hold of them Original 4 out of the 5 items arrived and just wanted an update so thought to contact the Company directly There is a real problem of getting hold of someone by phone or email Emailed back the sales address to have the message bounce back saying undelivered Double checked the email address but it is correct I have called 10 times today all before 1pm and no one has picked up If there is a delay please just send me an email to advise otherwise you will end up with a irritable pregnant woman on your hands

Super fast delivery Quite slow responding to emails but satisfied with the service Returned pushchair as the brand quality wasn t as good as I d like refunded quickly I was concerned when I realised the pushchair wasn t for me and I read some negative reviews but I m happy and would use trendybaby again
