Oyster 3 bundle

I ordered the Oyster 3 bundle and I love it However there are missing items from my bundle that havE not turned up and there is no number to call for customer service I have sent two emails but no reply as of yet

Unable to contact Trendy Baby

I am hoping that Trendy Baby will contact me soonI have a pram on order and Alex contacted me by email saying it had arrived early but so far I have been unable to contact anyone by phone Trust this is a blip and looking for a response here

Customer service not great

Order arrived incomplete Emails didn t start of great to be honest customer service agent was quite rude and snappy Eventually a manager called me and was told the agent replying was stressed out because a negative review had been left and it very much sounded like they were pointing the finger at me Told them I was yet to leave my review and speaking to customers like that would not result in positive feedback In the end everything arrived and is of good quality But the customer service and the way they speak to customers definitely needs to be improved

No Confirmation No response

I placed an order online 2 days ago with trendy baby As of yet I still have not received a confirmation email to say my order has been accepted Or any indication when I would receive my purchase The funds have been taken from my account I have emailed the company twice and also called them but with no answer They have really mixed reviews so I would be cautious ordering anything from them since writing this I had email response saying my items would be shipped within 7 10 days Good I have a response but a bit frustrating that I had to chase

No Order confirmation

I place an order on 26 07 22 but have not received an order confirmation email yet the money has come out of our account The stroller we ordered states Next Working day delivery too
