Excellent customer service
I had never heard of Osmo but their customer service when our product was faulty was exceptional They responded and resolved to replace the product well within 24 hours from our first contact with them Never had that sort of service from an on-line company before

I raised a concern about a product received Teresa from Osmo contacted me 15 minutes later Offered to replace the product atni cost Wow If only other suppliers could be as good I have bought previously from Osmo I find their products to be good but their customer service is outstanding

My family doctor noted that I have elevated blood pressure Concerned that I needed to monitor it I looked for a meter and ordered an OSMO even if it was more expensive than most others since it was highly rated Did not want to take chances I have since been measuring my pressure twice a day and was prompted to compare the readings with that of my doctor s I informed OSMO support about the much higher readings of my OSMO compared to my doctor s and to that in our pharmacy I got an immediate response from OSMO support and after I sent them my recent readings I was offered a new meter Very impressive support indeed and am very glad I chose OSMO
