Though i have had problems with the cases durability lasting only a few months rather than the intended lifetime every single time i have contacted lifeproof they have been extremely helpful The service members are always very professional and don t hesitate to send a replacement case

Good product good customer service

Admittedly the product has a limited lifespan I have had two for my current phone both of which had the charger door break off HOWEVER the product is AMAZING I use my stroke coach on my iphone when I row and it is absolutely waterproof also it has weathered numerous falls with no phone damage That being said their customer service is no hassel and they replace broken cases without a problem I m willing to replace the case every year or so to get the kind of protection I need Would highly recommend

Best Customer Service Ever

When I first got my iPhone6 I immediately got a life proof case for it I m very hard on my phone and I knew I would need it After 2 years of having this same case my case was really beaten up and I knew I would need another one I called customer service in hopes of maybe getting mine replaced and they were amazing The girl working for customer service Britney was super friendly very helpful and great to talk to She got my case replaced for me in no time I would recommend their services to anyone

My Samsung Galaxy S7 case underwent serious wear and tear over the many months I had it My phone was protected from drops but the case looked like a rodent chewed off most of the rubber and it eventually failed to be waterproof I called and they immediately agreed to send me a new case So this review is for the polite and fast customer service not so much for the case which did not last as long as I would have liked Although I have a toddler and this phone gets thrown alot when I refuse to let her play with it

In love with this phone case I lead a very sporty lifestyle so needed a phone case that would keep up with me My phone has been dropped on countless occasions and Ive also taken it swimming climbing and skiing The Fre phone case is amazing and I love the sleek design The charging port cover cracked and I was sent a new free phone case within 4 days no problems at all and very friendly customer service Overall amazing customer service couldn t recommend this phone case and company enough 3

I ve had a Lifeproof case for years

I ve had a Lifeproof case for years I have dropped my phone a couple of times and I have never had any problems with it Also as a swim instructor the kids I teach love taking pictures under the water However the real test was this weekend when my aunt accidentally left my phone on the roof of her car and it fell off on the freeway going between 40-50 mph and run over by other cars My case was destroyed however my phone did not have a single scratch on it I will definitely be ordering a new one to replace it

I bought a lifeproof case used from ebay and the seller screwed me over by sending me a damaged case I was able to call lifeproof and they sent me a new case without any questions of proof of purcahase I basically got a new case for the price of a used case That s awesome customer service right there

I called about a warranty claim and I had the best over-the-phone customer service experience of my life Usually customer service calls feel robotic but Sarah was super bubbly and asked about my day and what I was doing for the summer She even told me where I could see the solar eclipse in August From the outside it probably sounded more like I was talking to a friend than customer service She cleared up my issue easily and made the phone call a super positive experience I won t hesitate to call again
