Lots of potential Their prices are decent website is good - apart from the loyalty points that are broken - just get rid of them ubervape My order wasn t dispatched as soon as I expected I phoned them and they apologized they promised to dispatch it on quicker deliver with a couple extra accessories on them It arrived the next day and i m very happy - So technically the order wasn t late If this company could put a little more emphasis on things such as same day dispatch easier faster contact for customers via email then they could become one of the best Product I received was as described works great Overall would recommend buy again but room for improvements

Been using for about 2 years I ve had problems over this time of course Missing items from orders faulty items too But each time they were rectified immediately and emails replied to within a day too I find the delivery quick also always ship next working day and arrive a day or two after that I think they re fab and have always been happy with the service products and delivery
