Shocking Customer Service

I was a client for your but this changed with the last delivery Got sold a faulty pod system that leaked with any coils I ve put in it After a lot of back and forth I was actually called a liar on several instances Very rude company to deal and no aftersales customer services

Ordered something sent the wrong thing Emailed them didn t bother responding Like others I made the mistake of not checking their Trust Pilot rating prior to ordering Lesson learned Avoid these charlatans there are hundreds of other companies out there where you will get the goods you requested with a level of service expected
