6 days ago I ordered a pack of coils Paid a premium for delivery as they were listed as in stock and I wanted them quickly 6 days later 3 days after emailing to find out why they hadn t shipped - I called to chase only to be told ah smok haven t released any more stock into the UK yet we re waiting on their shipment Right so why list them as in stock Because we were expecting them No you list items in stock when they re in stock Waste of time and money due to lying dishonest and dare I say intentionally misleading stock levels If you can t trust their stock levels to be true obviously stocking discrepancies aside how can you trust anything else Avoid imo

Terrible customer service and online shopping experience

No chanses to receive any answer throught gmail Wrote them about 4-5 emails and still theres no any answers Very poor customer service I did express delivery and received my parcel only after 7 days It was my first online shopping experience and definitely the worst

Disappointed

I have never had an issue before however I placed an order on the 12th June still not received place a top up order on the 14th and received it 2 days later Still waiting for the order placed on the 12th When I rang today they stated I have to wait until the 26th for it to be officially lost Ridiculous

Used to be decent - not anymore

Used Ubervape for a long time but lately it keeps letting me down - Dispatch is slow- Support replies are slow- Many products out of stock- Partial orders being shipped with missing items and them it takes ages for the remaining items to be sent Sometimes after 2 weeks the order is still not fulfilled

Order arrived quickly but customer service is lacking

Bit of a shame really I ordered some coils and vape juice from Uber Vape recently Good prices The delivery arrived nice a quickly too which was good Unfortunately they included another customers order print off in my parcel So I had the other persons name address email and phone number I know it isn t bank details but still not great I emailed to let them know They ignored the email I messaged again and got a bit of a flippant reply Didn t really seem bothered just asked me to throw it away If that s how they handle customer data I doubt I ll be using them again

Could have been Easter

It may have been because of the Easter holiday weekend but 12 days after ordering I finally received my products The number they supplied on both the website and Facebook is never answered The email I wrote asking where my order was has never been answered Overall great value for money but seriously lacking in any kind of customer support

Pleasantly surprised this time

Ordered a new Smok species 2 kit took over a month to get They did email me to advise of the delay Every email I sent they ignored The thing finally turned up about 5 weeks late but in fairness I think Smok was to blame for that To give ubervape a second chance I ordered some eliquid from them They dispatched it within 24 hrs and I had it within 48 hrs so I can t complain about the service this time around

I have used Ubervape a few times now

I have used Ubervape a few times now and don t understand why people have submitted bad reviews Whilst I do agree that shipping is slow - I paid for next day delivery twice and it still takes 3 days to arrive - everything else about them is excellent When my first delivery arrived late they refunded my delivery cost and also sent out an extra e-juice as compensation Also when my Orion pods turned up and they didn t work not Ubervapes fault but the manufacturers I called customer service and they immediately agreed to send me out 2 new ones and said there was no need to return the broken ones Their customer service is fantastic friendly and helpful and super efficient Their product range is good and their prices are also reasonable I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them every company has postage blips and the occasional issue - it s how those issues are handled that matters and in my experience Ubervape have been fab

Ordered from this company Order was dispatched within s couple of days and emails confirming when the order should reach me All in order on arrival and good comms Would recommend Good service

3 orders so far they messed up the order twice ie wrong coils 1st time and no batteries 2nd time but they handle the situation perfectly fast delivery to surrey very impressed and for me most importantly 5 5 customer service
