drop off phone on Saturday told it would be fix by end of day that did not happen Sunday get a call phone is fix get to shop and guess what the phone is still not working today is Monday told it should be fix today sure hope so i think they suck at the Job

Did they share my password

I got my screen fixed and they made me turn off location and find my iPhone and they made me sign out of my iCloud And when I got my phone back later that night my iCloud was hacked from someone in London

Asked to fix my charger - they broke my screen

I handed in my iPad for charging repair to Ubreakifix When I came to pick it up I asked to check it I turned it on and saw that the charger is working but there was a black spot on the screen While they were repairing the charger they broke my screen And I had to wait 1 5 weeks more for the screen to be repaired my work stopped my customers asked for a refund Glad that everything is working now but not satisfied with the work No one apologized for their own mistake

I called today to ask about pricing and they passed me on to the Georgetown office closer to where I was I talked to Darrel When I told him I had the original screen and just needed to learn about the pricing for their labor he told me they don t accept me bringing the screen I bought stressing they are THE CERTIFIED Samsung repair store When tried to ask a clarifying question about that Darrel HUNG UP ON ME What happened to this world Everyone got so SH and impatient I will write a complain about this to Samsung to diversify their repair services and provide more competitive service coz this one SUCKS

I have a Google Pixel 6 that I have

I have a Google Pixel 6 that I have taken here 3 times so far I still have a screen issue which my screen has black and blue spots all over it as the screen replacements they use are very low quality and tend to burn out too quickly It s frustrating to pay 200 for a screen replacement only to lose 4 hours waiting for it then to comeback get it replaced comeback 3 days later to get it replaced then 1 week later to get it replaced It gets to be too costly going back and forth- for a company that uses poor quality parts and high costs to fix things I would highly suggest avoiding this place

Brought my computer in twice for same issue had to call after two days both times All opinions conflicted did not resolve issue just wasted 8 days total These guys are polite amateurs acting as pros Not Impressed

Well it first I was going to give a 5 star review cause I break I fixs did a good job on repairing my phone a few months back but when my phone was damages again I call to see if it was cover by the warranty they give me on the Repair and was told yes I take phone back to them waited 20 minutes and they try to push me to other company that is associated with them to do the repair and when I ask if that company was going to honor the warranty the guy just look at me and didn t answer the question this told me the other company wasn t going to go honor the warranty just as well as I break I fix so what I am basely saying this company work is great but their warranty sucks

Ybreakifix Arlington tx Cooper St Alberto is amazing Blocked out of Samsung S9 smartphone Had taken phone to 3 other stores including provider AT T In a matter of MINUTES Alberto was able to bring up Gmail password allowing access to phone saving almost all my data contacts etc NO ONE BUT ALBERTO HAD A CLUE ALBERTO IS A TECH GENIOUS TAKE YOUR PHONE TO HIM AND HE WILL FIND A SOLUTION whatever the problem Saved me from having to purchase a new phone SO GRATEFUL for Alberto
