loved my first experience at this store They fixed a broken screen on my old Samsung Cover 4 I couldn t make a call afterwards as the phone said the network was not connected The company stayed open late just to help me out and they fixed my SIM card which had moved out of position They were so helpful and so apologetic and didn t charge me extra or get made that I kept them open past their closing time They rock

Wonderful staff

I think it s important that I post that I went to the Cary NC location at Crossroads Blvd It was a great experience My children and I were treated with dignity and respect The price that was quoted to fix my son s tablet was the price that I was charged His tablet was broken for about 3 years and the professionals at UbreakiFix fixed his tablet and now it s like a new tablet I would definitely recommend them to anyone They do offer a protection plan for 25 month which provides the customer a discount when getting their electronics repaired

Emergency phone repair on my wifes

At first I had problems getting my package returned UPS had delivered to the wrong side of the building When I had called asking for an update the staff quickly realized the problem and genuinely apologized and fixed the problem and left me a message John from apple valley helped me quickly and took responsibility even though it was the delivery at fault

Honest Friending Service Highly Recommend

I highly recommend this shop Ben Chris and the other guys were immensely more helpful than my cell phone carrier I hope I never have to get a screen repaired again but if I did I would not hesitate to bring it to ubreakifix in Evansville These guys were super patient and helpful even when my frustration finally boiled over and they actually helped me which is a rare trait these days

Took our Samsung NOTE 10 in for service due to an issue with the charging port Technician s diagnosis found the port was dirty and did not need to be replaced Item was cleaned and is working normally now Diagnosis was free of charge Very grateful for a pleasant experience with an honest technician and business Highly recommend

Great customer service and astounding customer care I submitted my claim through Asurion and received same-day follow up from U Break I Fix owner about how to receive the fastest service during the social distancing My phone was fixed by their mobile repair unit within 24 hours of submitting my claim Customer care reps were Daniel and Josue and exercised safety practices perfectly as well as repaired my phone fast and at my front door Was also proud to learn that it s locally owned and operated business in Tucson AZ Many thanks

Took our cell phone in to 7616 HWY 72 West Huntsville Al with suspected bad charging port thinking would need a replacement the professional staff checked it out and found it had debris tiny piece of wife s Kleenex in port Tech cleaned it out works and no charge So a place you can trust to fix your electronics and more reasonable than the competition
