Quality Work Time Considerate

I do wish fixing a cell phone wasn t as expensive as it is But I will say U Break I Fix in Lake Mary Florida is the Bomb I had to go in a couple of times because there is only one person in the front and one in the back repairing But it was well worth it My Google Pixel 6a works better than when I bought it And they repaired it within 3 hours Should have broken the screen sooner Very Pleased

New Battery

My second experience with UBreakiFix was just as good as my first My iPhone had a malfunctioning screen which was getting progressively worse The very courteous staff member was able to fix my phone like new and with very little wait time They really know what they are doing here Would HIGHLY recommend A

Great and fair service

I went in to get a new battery for my iphone6 Yesterday and we started looking at phone found my screen was cracked on bottom and screen protector was also cracked He gave me half off the battery replaced the screen and gave me a new screen protector Battery time is much longer and it feels like screen is smoother also it took less then an hour This was at the store on Northern Highly recommend it The Techs name started with a D wish i would have paid more attention Great experience

Great Service at UBREAKIFIX

I went to the location in Goldsboro NC this morning I was more than pleased Not only did they fix my phone while I was standing there but he didn t even charge me It was a small repair but I was so greatful I was treated so courtesly and appreciated the good information I received Everyone should use their service and know you will be treated fairly I can t say enough of good things about this business

This is the second time I have brought my smart phone to UBREAKIFIX to have it repaired Both times the service was great and I left with a great working phone The first time it was at the Kailua store where they changed the battery The second time was at the Kapolei store where the phone has a software issue and the fingerprint reader was not working Once it was determined the parts was not available Toby ordered me a replacement phone However after 6 days the phone did not come so I called him After a little back and forth with Verizon I called Toby back and told him I was not getting anywhere with Verizon so he called and by the next day the FedEx truck pulled up and delivered my replacement phone Thank you Toby and your group for providing great service

I was desperate

The camera on my I phone 7 chipped and my photos were brown in color In researching it seemed that there was no way to repair it at an apple store and I was looking at buying a brand new phone but I was delighted to discover ubreakifix They repaired it perfectly for 60 Then my husband s cell phone battery was losing its charge quickly These folks replaced it for 60 and it is now functioning like it did brand new Finding the good folks at ubreakitifix in Falls Church VA was a blessing Thank you
