Ugreen is one of the most durable brand and a high quality material for chargers usb and etc Im using this brand since 2022 and I have never trouble with them This year i bought a new charge Nexode 65w And my parcel has trouble with the corrier Then I contact there support to tell that my parcel was delivered in another city corsico im living in cesano Then after a couple days they send me the replacement of charger nexode with ups corrier And it works fine and im surprised for the quality and the 65w was super super fast charging on my s24 ultra Thank youUgreen team

What really stood out to me about their service was the swift response I got once I sent out an email at 1am Pacific time and reached out to me immediately 20mins afterwards I made the mistake of not adding the promo code to my order and instead of canceling and going through the process of ordering another one the representative that helped me Regina decided to just return me the amount I would ve saved from the promo and it took less than 10 mins It was honestly the best service I ve ever experienced Thanks again Regina

I am extremely happy with this company and their products I was tired of chargers and cables breaking after a short time so I decided to upgrade to better quality and it s worth it Their Nexode 65w 3-port wall charger is very robust and charges things super fast Taking that item travelling beats carrying a bulking laptop cable everywhere Their 2m metre cables are really good quality I ve bought a few to have around the house and at work Their customer service is excellent also when I had a delivery issue they resolved it immediately and went above and beyond
