The chat was helpful However I think there should be better support on the website I could not get the help screen up on the PC I read through the app help It did get me further I found videos online but the screens did not match what I was looking at I know younger generations jump in to technology I have to understand more before I proceed

The best Customer Service ever

I ve updated my review to a 4-star rating after experiencing excellent customer service The head of operations and VIP services Roger scheduled a video call with me treating me like royalty He listened to my concerns offered a suitable solution and was apologetic However the metal card requires tapping your phone in a specific spot the customer service was exceptional but the card s functionality could have been clearer I initially ordered a plastic card the design mock-up was impressive with a simple rose gold logo on a black background However the actual card had a color closer to yellow and poor lettering quality

Great Support Service

Seen the V1CE card advertised on my instagram so took the plunge It s cost us a lot on money over the years printing paper cards Paper isn t stored in the wallet so easy but this product is perfect I had a little trouble setting up but customer support has been on point from start to finish Germine was a massive help and explained everything in simple terms for me to rectify the issues I had All up and running now Great product and great service support

I have now used V1CE for my last three companies business cards I cannot fault the novelty reaction from clients how easy it is to share my contact details If anything they were impressed withthe ease of having my details without having to manually enter on their phone

NFC Business Card Great customer service

I ordered a V1CE NFC Business Card a week ahead of a conference As production times took a little longer than expected I voiced my concerns about having picked the slower shipping function not knowing the card would take 1-3 days to print after design approval V1CE customer service provided a great solution to make sure I receive my card on time putting a high value on great customer service In the end I had my card in time for the conference it looks very professional and sleek Overall very happy with the produce service would order again in the future
