The concept is great NFC poor

The concept is great but poor NFC capture kills the great idea

Delivery still 15 days and product hasn t arrived whatsapp communication is terrible too slow to respond and didn t provide answer tracking terrible

Waster of money zero after sale support

I bought the most expensive v1ce card the one made of gold It looks very good BUT - It works only half of the time- it gets scratches very easily You can call or write for support nobody ever answer Waste of money

Hope the wait is worth it

Everything is fine until you start having to deal with The Design Team Mind you I didn t even select my own design I chose a template In the design process you can indicate a different name to be used on the card than your own which I did as it s a gift The first draft comes back with my name instead of the one I indicated - honest mistake I replied back the day after pointing out the mistake Two days after that I receive an email asking for my response back on the first draft I respond back on the same day and to their credit they provided a second draft on that day as well But it was not according to the style of template I selected which I immediately point out Three days later I again receive a follow up mail looking for feedback on the second draft But I already rejected the design Now it s 7 days after purchase and we are going around in circles At this stage I m very sceptical of the final product before having even received the card If we manage to settle the design and the chip in the card works I might consider 3 stars But the hassle and length of the design process subtracts 2 stars alone

I think that your app and registration

I think that your app and registration process is a problem and just adding a photo made it difficult Adding from iphone made for some reason the picture turn 90 degress and i couldnt change it

First I receive a track your order

First I receive a track your order email with the track your order CTA not containing a link forcing me to contact support for an update on my order Then the order arrives 3 weeks later THEN the card has someone else s profile - finally the cherry on the sundae is the fact I ve had to consume 3 swipes on my card trying to set this up correctly but not even your own support can help me out here

Looks nice but NFC unreliable

My v1ce card Great in principle but in practice pretty much useless Two stars as support was actually pretty good They really tried to make things work When my 3rd v1ce card arrived that didn t work consistently I decided to give up There s loads of good reviews here so maybe I was just unlucky Still money wasted - they wouldn t refund me

The card is lovely quite beautiful and

The card is lovely quite beautiful and an impressive technology but just after two days of use the contactless feature stops working In addition prospective contacts are unable to save the contact details after scanning the QR code due to a 404 error message In the end I have to ask them to screen shot and apologise for the technical error Can something be done about this I would love for that feature to be fixed If it is fixed then this is a 5 star product

Great but could be better

V1CE is a relatively young company and they are innovative to have this simple and great concept to use only one business card I really love this concept because it s more environmentally friendly and it definitely saves you the cash from those hefty costs As much as I like the texture of my customized design card but this serves me well and with many conveniences Earlier I faced some issues with the service from this young startup but I m glad that someone actually contacted me to address these issues at the soonest moment Mr FF has been kind enough to guide me through the process and I m grateful for the extra miles he took for his customers This is something that all companies should acquire good customer service and experience So thank you Mr FF I m glad to have you made those attempts to contact me despite we are almost 7000 miles apart One thing they can further improve on will definitely be the UXUI in the dashboard User should be able to have easy access and navigation throughout without much problem Next user should be able to have options to link up their social media account such as Linkedin Instagram and FaceBook at the very least We are in the digital age and these social accounts are important to many businesses today Last but not least users should be able to review their uploaded profile photo indicate the recommended size or dimensions would be great before uploading Nevertheless I will try to get my business peers and family to support this for a greener world Thank you V1CE looking forward to better upgrades

Initial respond was not good but later communication from senior staff was much better

Purchase a couple of cards and a bundle received a free wallet as present I put my credit cards in it and they get completely stuck Contact the customer services for help as needed to go out and all my card where stuck so no other payment method Only advice was to force them out That it was impossible Three hours later and several mails asking for help without any I found a very tinny screw in the bottom When finally i could take my credit cards out I reasamble and try it and again was not working properly So i contacted customer service explain the problem and ask for a replacement Answer was that because it was a gift not replacement was going to be giving The wallets is to bulky and only holds few cards so it is not worthy But not even an apologice or simpaty by the customer service After My review in trust pilot a senior manager of the Company contacted me and apologise He provided a anternative gift instead the wallet and promise that a internal review on how to act in these cases and he was to ensure there is proper retaining of all the staff which handle my case Even if I am happy with the respond of the senior manager I think is fare to only increase my review as a three stars just because this should not happen in first place And second that I was expecting a apology fro the person involve Regarding the card is really good and works properly The customer service during the procces was good It just the respond during this Incident that has let the experience down
