Bad Product Stay Away

Bad product bad software bad customer service Doesn t work as advertised iPhone app is junk and customer service starts with a stiff armed you bought it you figure it out 10 years ago a friend of mine invented a little app for Android phones allowing users to exchange info by touching their phones together This is worse How could they make this worse than a cheap app from 10 years ago Well they did it Don t fall for it Kriszia will not so politely tell you to eff off

Poor quality bad service rubbish software

These cards are faulty Within weeks my wooden card started disintegrating and the QR code no longer worked I complained they tried to get me to pay more for a metal one or send a replacement I finally got a refund Appalling service poorly made poorly designed product Stay away

Fake reviews

Its interesting how all the positive reviews of v1ce have only ever made 1 contribution to the site Are they legitimate and do they have to provide proof of sale too I wrote a review and its disappeared as v1ce challenged it I provided evidence of sale and its still not published I responded to the email with evidence and I received an auto response asking me to send the information via a contact form This review has been removed V1ce flagged this review because it breaches Trustpilot s Guidelines for Reviewers This Trustpilot provides a slanted view of the truth as there used to be many more negative comments and they all seem to have disappeared Trust Pilot makes it as difficult as possible for a consumer to formally report bad service as is the case for me

It has taken a significant amount of

It has taken a significant amount of effort trying to convince customer service the card has never arrived I ve requested a refund twice now for a product I never received After this review was posted they issued a refund The first time it was lost by the carrier so they said they were reprinting it Then they said I refused delivery twice which is ridiculous because I clearly discussed that it had not arrived with them So much for good customer service by blaming the customer when they contact you

Very sad and pathetic service

I ordered on September 7 Your team suggested which product should get I approved I received the wrong product on September 27 I asked twice to get the right product I was still waiting for the right product and it is now October 9Now it s October 14 no product no shipping info Nothing Still no response Just automated responses After submitting my last two complaints to get this resolved all I get is an automated rate our service email a week later Very bad very sad Totally pathetic

Not recommended at all

I was really looking forward to this product and it took some convincing getting the company I work for on board 4 weeks for cards to arrive stuck in germany 2 weeks After receiving at least 2 of the cards still waiting for the rest The hybrid version is not recommended The contactless is very poor tried on 5 different samsungs and you have to tap the back of the phone on a very specific location which makes it very figity Its not as easy as tap and go Tried on 3 iphones doesnt tap at all Over a week email remain unanswered Some chap messaged via whats but didnt reply We went onto chat only to receive a standard reply All in all the excitement I had looking forward to receiving the card defenatly not worth it better alternative products at a 3rd of the price

Would not let me return

Would not let me return iPhone case was is having an issue connecting with other phones Customer service was not helpful

Wrong advertising on shipping

They advertised FedEx 3-5 business days and when I asked for tracking number it was a local logistics firm with very poor tracking More than likely this will be lost in the post and I won t receive it I will not recommend this company to anyone

Import duties from the UK - outrageous

Yes Brexit happened and yes there is an indication in V1ce T C s that any custom duties are payable by the client Having said this over 100 in duties to import this product to Spain is a ripoff and V1ce should be more transparent about its final pricing I haven t opened the box yet but I am already not liking the product and I recommend that noone buys it before first asking how much are the import duties

Unresponsive Customer Service and Delivery Issues

I am highly disappointed with V1ce Card s customer service and delivery I ordered a Bamboo ECO One Card but received a PVC one instead I also did not receive an invoice despite providing my company address for billing I sent three emails to customer support but still got no response
